This place is legit terrible. Never eat here, regardless of how many kids you are watching. The lines are long and the food is... horrible. Obviously it's overpriced because it's in the zoo, but that's not a problem since presumably the money goes to theanimals. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which I immediately dubbed the "scammich" because it was a frozen circle chickenpatty with a ton of sauce slathered between two buns. Tastes bad and feels worse. Would feel better just straight up donating$20 to the zoo instead of getting this abomination. Fish and chips are bad but at least you get a lot of fish (with badaftertaste). Fries suck. Onion rings are okay, but if you have food as bad as the other stuff then I guess anything close tomediocre is like salvation. Read more
Awful experience . Overpriced . Ordered veggie burger , and the patty is so cold and chewy, feels like frozen one. Ordered... Potato Fries with chicken in it , finally ended up getting beans with some meat in it . Read more
This place is just as overpriced as every other place in the zoo, but that's to be expected in an amusement attraction so it is... what it is. The food, however, is pretty bad. The burgers are dry and luke warm. The grilled chicken sandwich is even worse. Thefries taste microwaved. As long as your expectations are properly calibrated, you'll leave lunch only mostly disappointed! Read more
Had alot of fun here!! There were alot of shows in different areas of the park!!
Stars are for the french fries and views of giraffes, rhinos and koalas from the back dining area. Good spot for a back pack... snack stop during the summer night or event trampoline show. Nice for larger groups as tables are big. Lesser traffickedrestrooms are at back. Outside of a sipper refill and the fries, food is not a good value here. Read more
Had their super cheese burger, it's okay, the burger is quite dry. But after walking around the park for 3 hours I'm glad we... stopped by to eat. Kinda pricey but everything is pricey inside the park as expected. Their super burger will definitely satisfyyour hungry stomach. Read more
The place is clean, the staff are friendly, lots of seating and the line seemed to move at a good pace. The price point for the... food very inflated. The food is edible but not good. Honestly, I didn't even eat all of mine and that is uncommon for me. Maybenext time I will pack a lunch instead of spending $50 on lunch for a family of 4 that didn't even like their food. Read more
Pulled pork sandwich and BBQ brisket burger were delicious. The souvenir bags that came with the kids meal is cute. The kids... really enjoyed their food as well. I liked the outdoor seating area with big umbrellas. It was a popular place but still founda great place to sit while my hubs was ordering. If this helps, we were there around 1. I can't say how long we waited becauseit didn't really bother me with the beautiful view. Read more
