I’ve had my doubts about this place before, but I’m finding the curated bowls to actually be quite tasty. I work in the... shopping center and get sick of eating the same restaurant food at my work so this was a nice change of pace — I even came intwice the same day. (Sorry I spilled the lychee lemonade on the floor though). I downloaded the app and will be coming back formore in the future! Read more

Used to really enjoy ordering food and coming here. My partner placed an order for pickup and timed it just right so it would be... ready when he arrived. He arrives and there are 4 workers, standing around doing nothing and the restaurant is empty, and theorder that he placed 20 min ago was not ready. He waited to pickup food that he placed an order for in advance just to be toldthat they didn't realize that there was an order. He waited another 20 min for the food to be prepared, only to arrive home andsee that the ingredients in our bowls were completely off (red onions when red onions weren't ordered, missing seaweed salad, missing sauce on the side, and the amount of fish totaled to about 5 small pieces of fish). The portions of protein coming fromSweetfin, the attention to detail, along with overall quality of the business have gone downhill recently, and unfortunately wewill no longer be ordering poke bowls from here anymore. This is not the first time that ingredients have been left out and theportions of protein have been an issue. We noticed this began some time ago, but decided to continue giving it a chance.Considering there are better options for poke bowls within a 5 min drive of this place, the benefits of being patrons of thisbusiness outweigh the inconvenience of never getting our orders right/on time and not getting value from the money we pay forour food... I would consider another spot :/ Read more

One of the most inconsistent restaurants I eat at. Sometimes the bowl I order is amazing and other times it lacks enough... sauce/ingredients. Probably better to just go to the poke place across the street. Read more

Always excellent. First time trying in Del Mar. Friendly staff, clean and nice ambiance. The seasonal signature bowls are always... so good, great combo/ balance of flavors and yummy! ALL of their menu is gluten free, so super easy for celiacs to order :) Ialways like to try their seasonal lemonades too, no added sugar (you can add you own amount of you want) and super good. Lovecoming here for a fresh healthy tastey lunch. They're decor is just beautiful too, sort of beachy boho chic? Read more

Everything at Sweetfin is gluten-free. I don't know any other poke place that is. Their bowls are fresh, made-to-order, and... have a very healthy touch to every bowl. Read more

I am very very very disappointed! these people do not understand taste combinations at all. At first I came across the fact... that I can’t place an order on the spot, I have to go to an awkward website and deal with the order (other places with pokeare much easier and faster). then we waited for the order for more than 18 minutes. Seriously? Is it exactly poke? 18minutes! for $ 13.5 I got a very small bowl in which there were 6-7 small pieces of salmon ... soy sprouts, mushrooms, cucumbers, a lot of salad and a terrible bitter sauce! tastes and textures do not combine. it seems these people don’t knowhow to cook food. and after 3 hours I had problems with digestion and stomach! it's just really bad! such a beautiful placeand beautiful photos on instagram. but reality is just disgusting Read more

Sweetfin’s “pole to bowl” mantra is more than a catchphrase. Sweetfin “was created with the goal of providing healthy,... nutritious and flavorful bowls and a more approachable way for diners to enjoy sushi.” With a fine-casual restaurant concepttaking familiar sushi flavors and putting them in an easy to eat, portable, customizable, and affordable bowl. It’s yummy! Read more
