Came here to buy 3 sandwiches today and the employee Maggie is really rude. The last 2 times I have gone she has been rude not... only to me but to other customers as well. The first time their system went out and it was simple they told her to get acalculator and type in the price of the sandwich and to charge the customers and she started being really rude saying that shedidnt know the prices giving us attitude saying that we should know the price for our sandwich. Today I went in and I told her 2footlongs and a 6 inch she kept saying 3 sandwiches and two 6 inch I made it clear to times and kept on repeating my self shekept on saying I was not telling her what I wanted correctly and confusing her. She acts like she hates her job its easy I workretail and yes you have bad days but dont give the same energy to someone who is there to get food if you hate it so much youcan easily look for another job. Good afternoon, the service at subway on national ave was fantastic. The workers in the store were organized, professional, and... prompt. When I arrived to pick up my very large order, everything was organized, labeled, packed and ready to go. The workersalso helped me carry the 140 boxes to my vehicle. This store definitely get an A plus. Nassco General Dynamics would like tothank you for your superb service. We will definitely use this store again for our catering needs. Read more

This Subway has definitely gone on a spiral down hill. It used to have great customer service not it feels as if when customers... come in we disturb employees inappropriate music. I recently reached out to the owner of this store about an order I placed afew days ago online. I placed the order online and on arrival the location was closed. Why was my order accepted and why did itsay your location is 24 hours. There owner replied with I will investigate but why was I still charged for an order I didn'treceive? And why have I yet to hear from you? It's been a few days now and I noticed the hours have changed now for all exceptone day... Your team definitely needs to figure something out. At this point I'd prefer to go to another location from now on. Iwill update my post when I hear back from the owner this is definitely not how you run a business or how you would want to treata regular. Read more
