Curbside Delivery. It's a joke. I paark in Curbside and watched one of the workers stand outside smoking while the other... person watched me sitting in my car. No one was in the store so why didn't the delliver to my car? I got out to get my food whenI got home my order was not correct. I tried calling several times but no one will answer. I?m no fan of Subway, but wanted to see for myself this business that?s gotten so much criticism on the NextDoor app. Fully... prepared to challenge any poor service and expecting the worse I walked in the entrance at 3:45PM. I was immediatelyacknowledged with a pleasant greeting by a young lady. I asked her name and I think it?s Hadeem. Two other customers werewaiting for their sandwiches wandering the store. I was promptly acknowledged and asked if they had any specials. After gettinga quick detailed response I asked for a few minutes to decide. While waiting I looked around and the store was clean and all theingredients looked fresh and neat. While waiting, I watched Hadeem skillfully sprinkle cheese on some bread before placing backin the oven. I also observed a sandwich prepared for another customer and it looked picture perfect. I ordered a turkey on wheatand selected the various condiments displayed. She prepared my sandwich quickly and skillfully. My only complaint is the microthin slices of meat, otherwise all the other ingredients were added in adequate proportions. Just sharing my experience. Read more
The food is good, it's Subway and overall the sandwiches are fine. I give it only three stars because without fail every time I... go there I always have a weird experience with a person there, either a random customer or a random worker. Nothing really bador anything, just some strange people, makes me more uncomfortable than I should feel at a Subway. And also once, someone whomust have been Jared from Subway's cousin held the door open for me and my girlfriend and gave her just the creepiest andhair-raising smile. Weird Subway. Just weird. The only way I can describe this place is a HOT BOX! I went to this restaurant at 6pmand it had to be about 100* or more. I... asked the clerk why it was so hot. And I was given the response that they did not have any air conditioning. I was in the storewith my husband and we were both sweating. I find it interesting seeing as how, The U.S. Department of Labor enforces federallaws and standards for workplace and employee safety. ... Regardless of business size, the minimum temperature for indoorworkplaces is 68 degrees Fahrenheit and the maximum is 76 degrees Fahrenheit. The Manager has to know that these conditions arenot okay. I hope people call in and complain to the manager in order to resolve this issue, this is not fair to the people thatare working on these conditions. Read more
