Workers have really bad customer service on several occasions with different workers. Seemed frustrated and grumpy and didn?t... care. At least this time a manager was there and quickly resolved the issue. Other subways that I?ve been too had been fine. Toobad for this location. Customer service is trash. Online ordering is trash. The cleanliness is trash. Should probably tell your employees that putting... on gloves and being on your phone defeats the purpose of the gloves. Dirty. Read more
I had an issue with my order, but when I went in today, Wesam did the best job of handling the situation and reassuring me that... it won?t happen again. Thank you for that! I order every day, and after yesterday?s frustration I was planning on no longercoming but when I met with Wesam today and let him know what happened it completely changed my perspective! Read more
Customer service was pretty bad. There was a lady working there on Wednesday 1/2or 1/26.. she is not the normal person you see... there around lunch.. attitude was pretty bad almost as if it was a problem she had to toast and add veggies to my sandwich. Notsure if sandwich building has changed but its almost as if the sandwiches are just thrown together. Then wrapped up. I watchedher make a sandwich for an elderly and I almost wanted to say "dont accept that $hit".. anyway.. I'd look for another storenearby or just go to a whole different sandwich shop altogether. I've been going here for lunch every week for 1.5 years. The past 6 months it is getting worse and worse, with new employees, so... bad that I stopped going for a few months. The chicken has been inedible, and chewy. Some of the employees make the food assloppy as possible. Finally went back today, asked for light on the sauces, and the lady just grabs the squeeze bottles andshoots it all over everything with twice as much as normal, and then squirts a ton of oil/vinegar all over the sandwich andbread. Made a pit stop here today & ordered the veggie patty sandwich to split with my hubby. The lady making it was so sweet- it... really made all the difference when she took her time to heat up the patties multiple times instead of putting them on thesandwich when they were still partially cold. I didn?t get her name but she sort of had an Indian accent & pretty eye make up!!Definitely an asset to this Subway team. Thanks so much for a great experience! ?????? Read more
I just want to start by say that the food tasted good, but there are two employees that did an outstanding job. Usually when I... come to this Subway the employees are trying to rush,but don't make the order correctly. They don't listen to what a person istrying to say. I understand that my order can be considered difficult. Today was the first day that I would give any employeehere above unsatisfactory and I would actually give the employees an outstanding. The first employee was Mesi. She helping otherpeople, but she was working quickly and from what I saw made sure the order was correctly made. The second employee was Amar andhe has lots of patience ,doesn't rush, isn't too slow, actually listened and didn't mess up on the order.
