Manager is hella rude and staff is poorly trained on speed and efficiency as well as customer service. They need to be trained... better, if not on being nicer to customers, at least on efficiency because i worked in a Subway nearby about two and a halfyears ago and I for sure can still work in half of the time that these employees do, considering I wasn't even that good myselfat the time and I would be rusty. As a customer and mall employee it is really annoying to take an entire 30 minute breakwaiting in line to get some food and not even have time to eat after waiting. Do better. Read more
