My only issue with this subway is the ladies are rude; if you mobile order, they won?t give you your sandwich until the time... designated, even if it?s ready. I go to school next door and order ahead so I can finish in 30 minutes. Every time I walk in,see it sitting there, PAID, they give me a very hard time when I ask for it. JUST HAND IT TO ME so I can walk out. Ariana andPatty are the employees that work the day shift. If I could give this place no stars I will. This staff needs customer service training really really bad. I went during the... lunch rush, as a customer the staff made me really feel like a burden on them for coming there and ordering food in a specifiedway. They made it a point to let me feel their frustration. One employee asked me what I wanted on my sub, as I was talking shewalked away without a word and started doing other tasks. It was rude and unacceptable. I won't be returning to this store. Theyneed to improve on their professionalism drastically. My advice if you go here, go when it's slow.
