Respectful and service oriented employees. Between the masks and plexiglass, employee had to keep asking about my preference and... wanted to make sure he had order correct. Cashier was being verbally beat up by another customer about change and she maintainedher cool. I'm sure working on the grounds of a hospital with frustrated/worried customers has it's challenges. If I could give 0 stars I would. It was 20 minutes prior to closing (940) time and the lady rudely tells me I can try and order... online knowing that they had shut down all registers making it not possible to even order online. I then ask if I can justplease order a drink only and she say I?m let me ask and without asking goes ummm no I can?t sale you a drink. She?s lucky Ididn?t make her re clean up that whole area?. Waited 45 minutes to get my sandwich, they took another person ahead of me, they left my sandwich on the counter making sure it... was nice and luke warm, the cashier kept asking what drink I wanted even though there was only one selection, finally she justput the cup on the counter after I told her to just give me whatever. I was a worker at the subway and was denied pay that was owed to me, and had fallen victim to several labor law violations.

Unkempt and borderline disastrous. This is an example of a perfectly situated & desirable location with no other direct... competition and it is failing MISERABLY. Staff up the site, clean up your tables and floors, keep your items in stock (cookies,bags, to go, etc) and pay your employees better; they look absolutely miserable. Really such a shame. The place needs betterexecution and should take advantage of the foot traffic the hospital simply gets during lunch hour. Ridiculous waste of space. Read more

Food and drinks fresh. Eating area disgusting. Dirty tables. Trash and food on floors. Sticky surfaces. It is unfortunate that... Rady Childrens Hospital would allow Subway to ruin there excellent standards of cleanliness and sanitary environment. The entirefacility for the hospital is impecable, the only filthy unsanitary area is the Subway. Read more

The other day, I went in to get a sandwich and the line was so long and it was just one girl working who was so nice but there... was this other worker walking around, not helping out. I asked her what his name was and his name is Jqun. No wonder why theline was holding up. At a busy working place like this Subway, workers should give better customer service. Read more
