The owner works the counter. He is cheap and not concerned with customer satisfaction, only profits. The tomatoes were not... fresh, they looked awful. Offered to upsell me nasty brown avocado, only put the bare minimum of l vegetables on my sandwich.ignored me when I asked for a few more peppers. When I was leaving, he was in a full on screaming match with a man because herefused to put more vegetables on the mans sandwich. I dont trust this place anymore. I wont go back. Read more
I ordered a steak and cheese. I asked for extra bell peppers and tomatoes. The guy hassled me about extra bell peppers because I... had a coupon. He said that " I already had too much discount" before he even saw the coupon. He gave me very little bellpeppers but gave me extra tomatoes. I honestly think this is the best subway I've ever been to. I have been coming to this subway for almost 2 years. As soon as I... walk in I'm greeted by name, and my sandwich of choice is known. Shawn and all the other employees truly are awesome, and takepride in making everyone's sandwiches. I will drive by several subways just to come to this one, and I would say that saysenough. I've been to dozens of Subways across California and the US, and this was by far the best one I've been to. Fast, efficient... service and polite staff who were genuinely nice - Which is so something that the service industry usually drains out of people.Overall, would highly recommend. Read more
Ate in store, sandwich was heated for too long and bread was hard, probably from over heating. The steak and cheese almost... burned my mouth and I watched as the guy loosly put the steak in the measuring cup, so there was less meet than normal. It'ssupposed to be packed in, level with top of measuring cup. I won't be returning to this Subway. Read more
