The absolute worst customer service interaction I?ve ever experienced. Sandwich was made messily and we were treated so badly.
Dude come on. I get it if you're having a bad day, I can empathize with that. But, I asked this guy- He had no mask on, no... gloves- to check the balance of a gift card I got from school and he glared at me for not knowing which way to swipe the card.Swiped it, no biggie, five dollars on the card. This guy. This guy!! Just straight up DIPPED, After saying "You have to lookonline for deals. There's no sandwiches on the menu for five dollars." Like A, Don't be classist. B, Don't assume. I'm a wholeadult, I have income, I was looking to use the card as a discount thing. Maybe he saw my backpack and assumed I was ahighschooler as opposed to one of the many college students in the area. I mean honestly! Maybe I just wanted a cookie orsomething less than 5 dollars. I said, "Well, I have my debit card, so-" But he just stayed in the back. At that time I realizedthat he was kinda gross, why would I wanna support this franchise? So I left. Terrible experience. Bread was old and stale. After toasted was too hard. The customer service was one of the worst I've ever... experienced. She was rude, in a rush (even though I was the only customer in the restaurant) and acted as if she couldn't hearwhat I asked for on my sandwich. Read more

I came to the restaurant and one of the employees was washing dishes and the other one was on the phone probably taken an order... but he never care the I need service too. I told him I have only 30min for lunch and I was waiting already 6min. Then he saidthanks and went to the back. I should took a picture at him so you know who is. Read more
