Where are the "negative" stars.... To the owner of the Franchise : "If You want to save your business, you need to do something... with the girl in the glasses working On Friday Nov 11th at 8pm in your store". I have never experienced someone that rude in mylife, period. I walked in to get the dinner, she was already arguing with an elderly gentleman over a bag of chips or 2 cookies.He was extremely polite, but she kept denying him and continuing to argue with him for 10 mins. I patiently waited and in theend, poor guy walked out without his food. Then, my turn... She was already rattled up by now and even before I started myorder, she took Italian bread out and I said, I didn't start my order yet. Visibly annoyed she put the bread back and asked whatdo you want. When I asked for Italian Herbs abd Cheese , she took it out and then I asked " Do you have Jalapeno (bread?)". Shejust flipped... She started yelling " I don't have an attitude"... If you don't like the store , there is another Subway downthe road, Please go there... I was trying to explain When did I say anything about "attitude", I said " Do you haveJalapeno?"... She is not willing to listen, Kept saying " I don't have an attitude"... Oh boy, I just walked out... So within aspan of 15 mins 2 of your customers walked out... She seems stressed and seriously needs help.... But this is not the way totreat the customers.... Pathetic service and treatment..... No wonder Subway is going down the drain ... Read more
Much like Yovonda Thomas, a young lady with glasses and braided pigtails working there was awful. Not only did she flat out... ignore me when I was trying to tell her I didn?t want a certain cheese or sauce, she then said that the her male coworker wouldring me up after he finishes with another order and kept running into the back. But she was then very nice to the customer whowas behind me, as if she was more concerned about them than the customer she was out there helping. Read more
Listen I went in at 2p today to get a tuna sandwich. The young man was great. However I asked multiple times can I pay to the... young lady with the pick tales in her head and she ignored me handling everyone else but me. I said imma just leave and leavethe sandwich she ignores me. The young man looks like if he could have ringed me up he would. He just looked at me poor fella.25mins later I just walked out. I didn't take a sandwich or anything. That was beyond the worst customer service I've everexperienced. I will never go to there again. Read more
FRI 29JULY 2022: closing time was 10pm My in store order time~9pm - OPEN sign was unplugged already - All the ovens were... shutted down already - couple of topings were already taken out from front serving section - untrained employee. I was servedcold sandwich instead toasted - She was ready to close the store1 hr before closing time looks like. I don't think this placeis running under any supervision. BS Read more
I wish I read all those reviews before ordering! I ordered the honey mustard rotisserie style chicken! THIS WAS THE WORST... SANDWICH I?ve ever had! There was chicken skin in my sandwich! The chicken tasted so so bad that even when I took it out andtried to eat my ?lettuce and tomato? sandwich it still tasted so bad! This restaurant should never take ONLINE order. I placed 4 sandwich orders at 1p.m., pick up time by 1:20p.m. When I got to... the store to pick up at 1:22pm, it wasn't ready, not even started. Yeah, I get it. Sometimes they are busy and may be there'sdelays. There was one customer on a line and one employee making sandwich. After serving one customer, this employee startedmaking 2 of my sandwich and after that, he was taking order from one customer who came in after me and started to makingsandwich for that customer. I asked why is my 2 other sandwich is not getting prepared. He asked me what time is now, soundedlike I just got here and demanding. I told him it was 1:36pm. He showed me the order was in 1:20pm. I told him that order wasmade at 1 pm. ONLINE and 1:20pm was PICK UP TIME. After realizing that he started making my the other 2 sandwiches. I finallygot my 4 sandwich at 1:40 p.m. This guy did not say anything and just handed over sandwiches. No apology for delays oranything. Sure, I didn't expect, but where's customer service mind? There was another employee who seem to be taking a breakinside. There were 4 people lined up in store after my order, but this poor guy was making my sandwiches. Had the other guybeen helping, even for 5 min, every customer could have gotten their orders processed without waiting for long. I will NEVERplace order ONLINE at this store. I love Subway sandwich, but I don't plan to go to this store again. There's no manager andno service attitude found from these guys. Read more
I regularly go to this Subway. I always speak slowly and clearly to do my part in making sure my order is heard correctly.... Apparently that didn?t matter in this case as the employee was there physically but not mentally. I asked for steak and cheeseon footlong Italian. Had to stop the employee from making spicy Italian on footlong Italian herbs and cheese. I asked for only alittle ranch, but so much was added that it?s spilling out of the sandwich. Waited for 5 min at the counter, but the clerk was yelling by saying "I said I'll be right with you". I did not feel good and... could not even order any food, so I left the store. The clerk was doing something in the back, but no matter what she wasdoing, customer services should have done as higher priority. The attitude was really rude, and I would never recommendvisiting this subway. The worst experience EVER. The clerk needs to be trained. Read more
