Placed an order online for a sandwich wrap. The online order said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Kind of long for a wrap, but... no big deal. After 20 minutes I was notified that my order was ready. I showed up to the shop, and they aren't doing anybusiness. I'm the only one there. I ask about my order and I'm told my order wasn't ready. In fact, it wasn't even started.Apparently they didn't hear the order come in? So I simply browsed my phone and waited around for them to make my wrap. Upongetting back home and taking out the wrap I find that it's poorly folded in the shape of a square (see picture). Really? Wecouldn't even get that part right? With all the places that make burritos around here, subway is apparently the only place thatdoesn't know how to fold a tortilla around food. I'll spend my money somewhere else from now on. Read more
Employee couldn't figure out paying by gift card. Tried 4 separate times. Finally called coworker who did it swiftly.
3 stars because usually this location is on point but the employee working tonight needs some training in food safety and... customer service. First off, she's listening to airpods in both ears when I walk in while she's making my sandwiches from anonline order. She taps her airpods and goes back to making my sandwiches. She does not change her gloves. She then goes to thepayment screen taps a few options then goes back to making my sandwiches. She goes back one more time to the screen and tapsaway at the screen without ever going to change her gloves. She goes back to wrapping my in order. Read more
Tried to order delivery. But after 45 mins, Subway canceled it because they didn't have any of it. So much for supporting... Subways during the stay at home order. Very disappointed. Read more
