This place has the best bang for your buck in my opinion. Each of the boils always comes with the fixins, so you're not being... price gouged. The flavors and seafood are always bomb! My wife doesn't eat seafood, but they offer a wide variety of menu itemsthat are also super delicious. We love coming here! Very good place. My mother in law loves seafood boils and she said it was one of the best she's ever had. Everyone's food was... delicious and we loved the service. Very polite staff. Service was amazing. More than what you normally get in a regular establishment. And he handled the whole restaurant!!!!! When... you are the host, and the only server - wow. We got the fresh crawfish, king crab, sides, egg rolls, shrimp etc. They give yousauce on the side but I would suggest requesting it put in the bag. It really makes a huge difference because the seafood wasnot soaked enough for us. I liked the variety on the menu and look forward to coming back. Read more
Horrible management & customer service! My husband and I have been here numerous times and this is the second (consistent) time... that our order was messed up!!! The food looks great but the consistency of what we?d normally expect just wasn?t there (again)!The potatoes were hot until you bit into them. The core of the potatoes were still frozen! We ordered the Snow crab combo withclassic Cajun sauce and the sauce was overpowered by garlic! (Not to mention we placed the order in advance before arriving andwaited an extra 45 minutes at the location for our food!) After calling upon checking the order, (once leaving) we voiced ourcomplaints and we were told that we?d be refunded only $2 for the potatoes! (If I could give them NO STARS I would!!!) I believe our servers name was Jose. He probably the nicest human being I?ve ever met. He deserves a hefty raise. Service was... superb. Food was excellent. I came for the snails and the did not disappoint. The dish was also served with crispy Vietnamesebaguette. Crawfish, oysters, scallops, garlic noodles were all good. Crab Rangoon amazing. Combo 5 boil bag amazing. Service was quick, friendly, and helpful. Boil bag seafood ain't cheap but this... meal was worth every penny. The combo 5 and the app was a little light for 4 adults BUT we all enjoyed every bite. Next time I'dadd extra sausage and corn. Didn't get a pic of the boil bag but did for the Rangoon Read more
