My favorite place to hit on the way to the San Diego Airport. It’s so close and the food at the airport is so bad…... Atmosphere is wonderful: big vaulted ceilings, outside seating with movie nights, etc. food is solid and beets are great;highlighting the diversity of what stone can do and with some beers you won’t see at other taps. They switched to an onlineapp for ordering from your table which makes food and beer show up much faster than the old days Read more

I had a amazing experience here! Good beer , friendly service and tasty food. Here is definitely a good place for family,... friends time and parties. They have various beers, my favorite is black and blue fruit ciders. Also, I love their fruit goatsalad and Brussels sprouts. Make a reservation before you come, their business is pretty good! Stone Brewery in Escondido is a magical place. Our friends and family had been talking about how great it was for years. Today... we saw the magic ourselves. The most interesting part is that the brewery is hidden down a street and it looks like a parkinglot with a building. Then you open the door and you can’t believe what you see! The indoor and outdoor seating is amazing.Inside and outside the view is beautiful. Large Plants and trees and ponds filled with koi fish of all colors. Everywhere youlook - the foliage is soothing and makes you relax and enjoy the setting. The food is delicious. We started with roastedBrussels sprouts with kun pao sauce and peanuts. An interesting combination that created a great healthy treat. The onion ringswere cooked in a tasty beer batter and were crunchy and yummy. After you eat take a stroll through the grounds and see theponds and you will see all of this interesting property. It’s the perfect place for an event and there were lots of peoplemeeting for business, special occasions and just a relaxing meal. The staff was attentive and moving fast and helpful. Beer istheir expertise and they have 36 craft and speciality beers on tap. The beer choices are amazing, check out their menu or asktheir great staff for what beer is the best. They are all good. The experience is spectacular. The indoor and outdoor seatinghas views everywhere. The outdoor seats are next to koi ponds, gorgeous foliage, ponds, walking trails and are relaxing. Wewere there on a week day and it was packed. Everyone was relaxing and we felt no pressure to rush off our table. The servicewas excellent with cordial and perky, pleasant excellent servers. We talked with other people at tables and most came from faraway- including us. The brewery was on our bucket list because family and friends all love it here. We understand it now andwe will be coming back. Enjoy the food and bask in the incredible setting. Read more

Visiting San Diego? You have to stop by liberty Station to try out the food here. Stone brewing World Bistro is one of best... inside Liberty Station. It’s a trendy restaurant with its own microbrewing factory and a great outdoor dining area withfantastic live music. Although it’s hard to get a reservation, but if you book a few days ahead, you should be fine. Everyoneraves about their IPA beers. So when we came on a weekend, we ordered the beer sampler. They were good and didn’tdisappoint. After having enough of drinks, we got ourselves a few popular dishes including the famous taco, pretzel burger, strawberry French toast and a calamari. True to its reputation, the tacos were amazing. We loved the flavor and the taste. Ihighly recommend this dish. Pretzel burger was not too bad either but it was too big for me to bite into it. Had to cut it inquarters before I was able to devour the whole burger. Strawberry French toast is their most popular dish. If you like Frenchtoast, order this first as the the restaurant rams out of this fast. Liberty Station is a trendy place in San Diego. Onweekends it’s hard to find parking as people come here to visit the farmer’s market and other activities in addition todining. Definitely worth a visit when in San Diego. Read more

I'm probably not the person who would tell you anything bad about this place. I love this place so much just from the beer... itself that the food is phenomenal on its own but I don't even care about that! Great atmosphere polite and friendly work staffdelicious food and the world's best beer. If there's any other place you're thinking of going to don't and just go here. You'regoing to love it Stone brewery Will never let you down. Read more

This Stone Brewing location has a wonderful aesthetic, including a great outdoor area with trees, heaters, and small gardens.... The staff is very attentive and helpful. I also like that they use the Go Tab, which eliminates the bill splitting issue of bigparties. The food also comes surprisingly quickly for how busy they are. The fish and chips is decent, as is the Mediterraneanplate and the carne asada tacos. Love their huge beer selection, especially the Stone hazy IPA, strawberry rhubarb from GreatDivide, and Zombie Love Potion. I would advise diners to AVOID ordering the side salad and tater tot side, as well as the mac ncheese appetizer. They are tiny! Like…ridiculously small. EDIT: See Stone Brewing's response below. They are saying that theside salad, tater tot side, and mac n cheese appetizer are portioned as starters and not entrees. Yes, of course they are...butthey are literally like 3 bites worth of food for ~$6-10 each. DON'T ORDER THEM! And obviously I left this info in a review asan attempt to ward off potential customer disappointment, not because I personally want a better deal or more food. They willcontinue to serve these sides as small as I received them. It's about future customers not being disappointed with toddler-sizedportions, not about me getting more tots. Read more

Very very cool place to hang out with your friends to eat and have a great beer. The only thing was that we arrived, we where... told that we could sit anywhere and then we where moved 3 times until we got a place to start our evening. Good food and goodbeer be aware! Read more

Well, the setting is gorgeous. We keep coming back for the atmosphere. Wonderful koi ponds, lovely fire pits throughout, dog... and kid friendly, this place almost has it all, except I never liked the food here. And service can be really slow, but Ididn't take away a star for that. I know that staffing as been an issue everywhere. My husband loves the beer here, and my dogloves the doggy plate they provide. Overall, a solid place, and lucky for me, there are other food options available around it. Read more
