Horrible customer service even though I was the only customer in the store. They got our order wrong and even when they redid... it, they still got it wrong. I got a Carmel brulee latte and it tasted bland and unsweetened like cheap coffee. And I also got amango dragon fruit refresher and when i asked for no ice they wanted to charge me an extra dollar to get no ice. No one has evercharged me extra for no ice. And they also mentioned they they were not affiliated with Starbucks corporation. I called toreport it on customer service. Read more
Very dirty. I understand it's a college spot but not at all what I'm use to as far as Starbucks brand. Who ever runs this spot... need to work not only on cleanliness but also the staff is lazy, rude, and don't understand that if there is a line of customersyou don't stand behind the counter having conversations while one person tries to handle the line. Excellent locations, plenty of seating indoors and outdoors, and the staff are incredibly nice & friendly.

Thank you for eliminating the straw!! Thank you for the reusable cups, ect. They also have healthy food options. My favorite is... the spinach feta wrap.or the egg frittatas:) They have milk alternatives too! You can get no sweeteners or half the sweetenersas well?????????? Read more
