WORST Starbucks location EVER!!! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. The workers can barely speak English or understand the... customers. Asked for a venti Iced Matcha Latte and a grande Strawberry Acai Refresher. Took 10 mins to get through the line.Another 15 mins to get the Strawberry Refresher. Fulfilled 3 other customers orders and I asked about my matcha latte. They were"making it". The lady was washing dishes... I finally had to walk away so I wouldn't miss my flight. You would think employeesworking at a starbucks in an AIRPORT would give them a sense of urgency in fulfilling orders. I?m so glad the San Diego airport has a Starbucks, however, I want other people to know what to expect at this location. The... staff is friendly but there is often a language barrier. The service is excruciatingly SLOW, so plan ahead if you?re trying tocatch a flight. Tell them your order at least TWICE and CHECK YOUR ORDER before leaving.
