I saw there was Starbucks in Vons since the original walk in was closed. The pudgy guy at the counter ignored me entirely.... Finally my husband came up and ordered green over trees for us. "I don't have any". You don't have any of you haven't made any? "I haven't made any". Can you make some? "No I don't fell like making any". So, there you go. The cashier just didn't not know what she was doing she was so slow and there was only 2 people in line and that included me it... took 20 min for her to take my order and I asked for a trenda size drink and was fill only half way and she gave it to me without a lid that because she couldn't fine the right lid for my cup I honestly did not like this cashier costumer service atall what a shame ... giving them 1 star I think is still a lot for how bad my experience was and over just. I stayed there for 20 minutes (Monday, Sep 7th 5:30pm) and nobody showed up. Looks like a ghost Starbucks. It says it's open on... the computer screens but there is no one working over there. Wasted my time stopping here. Read more
Probably worst Starbucks experience. We ordered breakfast on our way to the airport. We waited for a really long time for our... breakfast sandwiches, only to be told they were out of the three we wanted. We were there at 7am, how is that possible? This Starbucks is located inside a Vons grocery store. The staff was very friendly but seemed poorly trained about the drinks... and were confused about our order. Making the three drinks took a very, very long time. Read more
