This Starbucks location is a good example of the issues they have siting their stores in built up, urban areas. This area of San... Diego has lost a half dozen stores, even before the pandemic. This hotel lobby store is a replacement for some of the closedstores, and I'd imagine the lease is more favorable then the leases in the closed location, but this is a barely therelocation, suitable only for adjacent tourists or conventioneers. On the heart of Gaslamp best place to get your coffee. Clean but a lil messy outside. Is on the corner of Hard Rock Hotel.... Across the convention center. Steps away from the trolley. Limited parking, so enough walk will be necessary. Tourists location& place to rock hard. Use the app to earn rewards point & become a gold member. Read more
The two people working here were very friendly. This is a small, but nice Starbucks. Very small seating area.
Friendly service. Being right next to the convention center, they were packed, but still managed to serve us all quickly.
