We stopped in to try the cinnamon dolce latte and oh my goodness!!! We got 1 hot and 1 iced. Both were very good. Was really... surprised that it was sooo good made with almond milk and only 9 grams of sugar and whether hot or cold. Customer service herewas Great!!! We were serviced very quickly! Will definitely return on next CA visit and would definitely recommend. You will notbe disappointed. Very clean Starbucks! Read more
My wife and I just went inside and carried out 2 drinks. 1st, part of the reason we went in was to go to the restroom. ... However, they did not have one. I thought all places that sold food (not just drinks) were required to have one. However,after asking, they did not. 2nd, they got my wife's order wrong. She asked for a Venti, but got a grande. They only chargedfor a grande, so we left okay with that. However, she asked for a vanilla latte (which we did pay for), and it was not. We didnot find that out until we had already left. I just saw someone said this place does not exist, it actually does. It's located inside the Target. Hope that helps. The... refreshers are great and can be a little busy at times. To be expected though. There is a seating area near the Starbucks whichis nice. Read more
It's starbucks...some days the coffee is good other days it's not. The store is generally clean, the staff friendly. They do... tend to be out of a lot of options, but it is Downtown San Diego soooo ya. Read more
I go to this starbucks every single day in the morning and its usually very good. On 12/07/21 I decided to go at night after... work. This guy Alonso took care of me. I placed my usual order a vinti mocha frapp. Got my order opened my straw stuck it in mydrink and noticed ice cubes in it. I told the guy Alonso that I wanted the one blended in the blender which is a mocha frapp.Took my drink instead of throwing it away and making a new one took the straw out trhew it in the blender and mixed it. REALLYWITH A PANDEMIC GOING ON AND HE DOES THIS. I was inside target shopping handling shopping carts touching doors not washing myhands and handling drink and straw he gave me and throws it in blender. What if I had COVID how many people would of gottensick. BE WARNED IF YOU WANT TO BE SAFE ABOUT UNSANITARY PROCEDURES AT THIS LOCATION. Well after mixing my old drink in blendergave it back to me and he said. Just so you know it is called mocha frapp. I told him thats what I said I order this every dayso I should know what it is called. He kept arguing with me saying thats not what you said. This guy needs to change hisattitude if he is to work with customers. People make mistakes I understand but instead of arguing about it just fix it. DRINKGIVEN TO ME WAS THROWN AWAY AFTER SEEING WHAT HE DID WITH THE BLENDER, WILL REPORT THIS TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Read more
Understaffed, rude, only one barista out of two can make "hard" drinks so all the lattes get made first regardless of customer... order? And when we try to ask her what we ordered, she snaps at us with attitude "I'm making it NOW SIR." It's not our faultyou're not trained and understaffed. Unbelievable. Read more
