This Starbucks unlike others, plays ghetto Hip Hop Music SUPER LOUD, ALL THE TIME... it is depressing to try and have a cup of... coffee in this Sturbucks, can't even listen to your own music because the Zombie Rap music is so loud. This Starbucks has becomea shadow of what it used to be back in the early 2000's when they played nice alternative music and the place did not smell likea homeless shelter... Everyone at this location is super nice. I frequent this location for that reason. My order is always correct and made promptly.... I always see dogs at this location which is a major bonus if you are a pet lover like me. Read more

They have a young Man working there, mid 20's, with small dark beard, dark hair about 5.11, 180, always wears a little hat, that... treats people who look Middle Eastern or homeless with certain disdain. I asked for a refill and paid the 50 cents accordingly,and after waiting almost an hour (it was quite busy around 7:30 am) I asked him if the drink at the counter was mine, and theyoung Man totally ignored me, I asked 3 more times and he ignored me, this was turning embarrassing because the other patronswere looking at me and him, noticing his behavior and that I was not being treated right. I assumed that the coffee was mineafter all of this and walked out. I had ordered a basic medium coffee with 4 of sugar and 4 of cream, thr coffee I had had noneof that, but it was a pmain regular midium coffee as I had asked, but why the ignoring of a client, I am a working person, Ihave a job and I paid for my coffee... shame on you Starbucks for not catching stuff like this. Unprofessional !!! My green tea Frappuccino taste like water How come that 5 people after me got the order before me?

These people that work here are amazing! Best Starbies in town!!! I locked myself out of my car this morning. I had a rough... start to my day, so I didn?t have a mask and needed caffeine to soothe my soul. Came in with my shirt pulled up over my nose andmouth, and the sweetest employee came up to me! She didn?t yell at me for not having a mask, she wasn?t rude about it, nor didshe kick me out, but instead she treated me like a human, said hello, welcome, and she offered me a mask. The gesture left mespeechless. This one the first times any business had really shown patience and kindness and offered me a mask instead of havingme being harassed and kicked out of so many places since this pandemic all started. Thank you from the bottom of my heart forsuch a simple yet profound way to go about treating people humanely during a time where a lot of chaos and confusion ishappening. The staff here were friendly and attentive. Clean atmosphere with an excellent locale. Even had decorative mini cactus plants on... the tables. Had their Baja black bean veggie wrap with carrots and apples, which was quite tasty with a touch of heat. But,marked down 2 stars for the unfortunate change in their power outlet covers policy. All power covers are blocked from being usedby patrons of the establishment. Come on Starbucks.....you are known for this....it's like a Happy Meal with no toy inside thebox!!! Really great team here! It?s a bust Starbucks but not necessarily crowded - lots of guests (from nearby offices and residences)... place mobile orders in advance - but it?s usually busy. Not a huge store but cozy. They have several tables outside so you cansit on the sidewalk and enjoy you beverage. Read more
