Terrible customer service. The manager (Danny) did not honor a coupon we got before crossing CBX from an airport employee, for... "Get 2 pastries for the price of one", he said "You must buy a coffee to make it valid", but that is not mentioned anywhere inthe coupon. I told him and showed the coupon to him, he did not bother to even look at it and kept saying I had to buy a drinkin order to use the coupon. This was a frustrating experience. I would have been OK if I could not use the coupon but hat threwme off was the attitude from the personnel at this starbucks location. Don't buy your drink here, go somewhere else where theyvalue customers! Read more

Employees were nice and served me pretty fast (I know I didn't ask for a drink they had to make, but I did ask for the scone to... be warmed up). Pumpkin scone is so good BTW. Aside from that, I think this Starbucks is so convenient because you can getsomething on your way out of CBX - it's literally next to the exit of the immigration area. Read more

Wasn't able to do my rewards because supposedly they dont scan rewards and they have a sign in front of getting your rewards and... with another customer they are up in price in cups Read more
Cold coffee, no milk, no nitrogen......... The only reason they got a 2 is because they gave me a new coffee.
Very convinient, closes late, great service!
Horrible customer service, a cup that was $54 fell behind me and they had me pay for that cup. I refused but if I didn?t I was... going to get kicked out by security and I needed to catch a flight. I still haven?t been reimbursed, still waiting on a callfrom the district manager and he is still lagging. The employees there don?t honor points and never answer the phone also. Read more
