Good morning. I would like to start by saying yesterday evening around 6:40sh pm my husband and I ordered our usual which is two... venti mocha frappuccinos. When we got to drive thru window and we received our frappuccinos, we tasted them and they tasted likeplain crushed ice with bitter coco of some kind. We let the cashier know right away and handed her our drinks. We let her knowthey weren't done right, and she proceeded to give attitude. Even after we told her to please remake them because we come herefrequently and order our usual and the two fraps did not taste right. Instead she gave us a dirty looks along with a terribleattitude, swinging her hands back and forth, putting half of her body out the drive thru window. She had horrible service andwas very disrespectful calling me, a woman with grandchildren, a "girl" and "honey", disputing with us by telling me the drinkswere made right and are okay. We told her try them you will see they taste like plain crushed ice, there was absolutely notaste. And with a bad attitude and mumbling, she finally took them back. The second time were done wrong again. I neverexperienced this awful service before or an awful drink. This place is very close to home therefore we come here, but thecashier GRACE was RUDE, ARROGANT, CONDESCENDING, CHILDISH, DISRESPECTFUL, ARGUMENTATIVE, with no reasons given whatsoever. GRACEthe cashier needs to understand that by the way she conducts herself she chases customers to take their business elsewhere.Please check cameras and see for yourself. Extremely bad customer service. A 3rd grader probably has more common sense thanGRACE does. Left with 2 frappuccinos done wrong two times and a horrible experience. SMH Read more
They've improved!!! I quit going to this store because their drinks were not good anymore. I gave them another chance a few... weeks ago, after writing a negative review, and they made an excellent drink. I was in the area and decided to try them againtoday. I got 2 drinks.
