Decided to treat myself after shopping for groceries. I didn't try my coffee until i was in my car. Once i mixed my caramel... machiatto it tasted and looked like iced milk. I couldn't taste the coffee in it , had to go home and make a coffee to mix inand still tasted off. So disappointing. Read more

Nice variety of coffee, teas both hot & cold and specialty coffees & teas. Nice assortment of coffee cakes, sandwiches. Clean... nice atmosphere. You can work on your laptop or have a meeting. Parking available as well as handicapped accessible parking. Clean bathrooms as well. Staff was also nice & professional. Read more

Every time I come to this store, I'm less satisfied than the time before. I work in the same shopping center, so when I get a... Starbucks craving, this is the logical place to go. However, this location truly does not operate the same way the other storesdo, and it's rare that I won't have some kind of problem. On multiple occasions, I've had to wait an excess of 10 minutes forone simple drink. The employees rarely know how to make the drinks there without having to look it up (which takes even longer.)In addition to my previous issues, I was also denied a refill that I get as a gold member. Just like someone else reviewing withthe same problem, it was never an issue at this location before. The employees here really just never seem to know what they'redoing, and it's extremely frustrating when you're in a rush, as I often am while taking a quick lunch break and walking over. Read more
