Breza who was working the window on 9/23/22 at about 2pm, literally has the most disgusting customer service. She is rude, made... our drinks horribly (they were blended refreshers and yes I watched her make them). I?ve been here a handful of times, various times of the day, both drive-thru and lobby. The service in both the drive-thru and... lobby is friendly and efficient. I?m never waiting very long for my order. The lobby offers plenty of seating options with poweroutlets and is usually clean. It?s great for a scenery break when working from home or studying. My food items are alwaysconsistent and warmed appropriately, if needed. Drinks are so-so and could use more attention from staff and management forconsistency/quality control. Read more

Friendly staff, and the drive-thru was super quick! I recommend a grande unsweetened black tea with light peach juice, light... coconut milk, and two pumps of sugar free vanilla. Tastes like a peach cobbler! Read more
I really want to like this Starbucks, the staff is super friendly and its right next door to me so i go often. But they just... miss the ball every time i go. Whether it is using the wrong milk, adding cinnamon on top instead of shaking it into the drink,making the drink wrong or serving a bacon gouda sandwich without any bacon on it. Its all minor issues but when you are paying apremium pricetag for a premium drink, this location simply doesn?t hold up. Gonna have to start going out of my way to find anew location. Read more
Walked in and got a very robotic good Morning. They're trying to be friendly but it's very forced. Ordered a simple Light roast... coffee with room for cream. Again a very simple order. Almost 10 minutes later they put a coffee down and didn't even call thename written on the cup. Two people behind me who ordered something to eat as well as a coffee got there order first and walkedout. I had to approach the counter with the coffee that was just set down and asked if that possibly for me, Tanya? They had aversion of my name written on the cup. Starbucks is not my first choice. But I had a gift card. Their coffee is so-so and lacksuber richness. Your first sip of coffee in the morning should give you that "awww...." moment. Starbucks doesn't deliver thatsatisfaction. If you're in Portland, OR you have to get you coffee ?? at Portland Roasting. Rich and strong!!! And genuinelyfriendly. If you're in Honolulu, HI, go to Honolulu Coffee Company. Not sure why people have not figured out how to make coffee at home. I was short on time and thought I'd stop off and grab... coffee on the way. I ordered grande/large coffee which they normally give you directly but instead they made me wait 30 minutesto pick it up. To me it would have been faster just to make a pour over at home and I would have had organic coffee for lessthan a dollar instead of $3 for non-organic burnt tasting coffee. Read more
