Very poor service. First closing very early at 4 pm. Was refused service 2/16/22 at 3:56 pm. It seems like if you are going to... close early you should at least stay open until stated on your sign. I really don't like giving bad reviews, but this seemedwarranted. The employee couldn't even tell me verbally they were closed she just made a slitting motion across her neck. I guessthat means that they are closed. There are many Starbucks around. I would choose another as I will be from now on. Read more

The General manager Name Tag ?Rose? is very rude and disrespectful. And she is a weirdo, gives you strange looks and keeps... staring at me from far back for no reason and comes and says hi like she has never seen you. She would hang out around cashierwhen am ordering And this is every single time I am in the store. Someone needs to ask this lady what her problem is and whyis she being this weird. Read more

We love this starbucks! They make great caramel macchiatos, better than other stores. They are also very kind and will remake a... drink if you're not satisfied. We even brought a drink made at a different location back to this store and they remade it forus. Read more

Clean place. Looks orderly. Music audio is great. Wait is too long. I stood in line for a while and the line was stalled. So I... ordered on the phone while in the store hoping it will be quicker. But it still took quite a while. When I asked them if myorder was in the system the guy seemed ticked off and said he is the only one making and so things are late. The same messagecould have been delivered more smoothly. And there were 4 employees working in the store. I have seen other locations with lessstaff moving much faster. Maybe the other 3 employees were just there for show? Not sure. Looks like neither the line nor thecoffee making was moving at reasonable pace despite 4 employees being at their jobs. Read more
