I?ve gone here several times for a cup before a late evening at work and every single time the coffee is burnt or bitter or... incredibly acidic. I?ve let them know on the spot every time they screwed up the brew, but they just don?t seem to get the hintthey need to clean their equipment and employ people that know what good coffee tastes like. The worst location worst customer service they have no idea what customer service is! I ordered a coffee and I waited 25... minutes then I asked is my drink ready they said sorry what was your drink ? If I didn?t asked I would?ve waited all day. The customer service is great. The baristas are very friendly. Shout out to Jay, she was so friendly and I noticed that her... attention to detail followed every customer. However, I knocked off a star because my coffee had a weird aftertaste. It could'vebeen a number of things, but the only way I can describe it is it kind of tasted like the milk was left unopened in the fridgeand other flavors got incorporated into it. Or maybe it was old iced coffee, I don't know. But I get the same drink at variouslocations and this was the first time it tasted off and I unfortunately couldn't drink it and had to toss it.
