I like being in this Starbucks it's very efficient always get the right stuff when I order
I'm not picky with my drinks, and I understand how busy working at Starbucks is, I'm a former employee, so I know how the drinks... are made and understand the busy rushes. I asked for a simple drink that was put in wrong at the register... they had to remakeit 3 times. 1st time the girl rolled her eyes not listening to the request or the error that was made and had sass about ittoward the girl remaking it saying "remake it, I don't know, the same", second time I re-explained the drink because they madeit the same, 3rd time, I just gave up...seriously a huge turn off for me for the location. I structure most of my days with a visit to St Arbucks and an opportunity to increase my star value. Whenever I visit my San... Diego office, this store is first on my list before any meetings take place! Very open seating. Busy drive thru and fast serviceawait any patron. I can't wait from Monday to come so that I can load up on a Matcha Green Tea latte, hot with Oatmilk (140deg),a pump of Hazelnut and an Espresso Blonde shot to round out the flavor profile. This is the best Starbuck's as the team is extremely friendly and some of them call me by name and remember my drink choice.

This location is poorly managed or something. I came with a list of 4 things that my coworkers ordered. 3 were out of stock and... the other one she didn?t know how to make (honey oatmilk latte which I order everywhere without an issue.) They we?re also outof cake pops. As others have said- online ordering not available either. I am not one to write reviews, but this Starbucks location has the rudest employees I have ever met. Firstly, I was not greeted... when I walked in. But, everyone else was greeted right after I had entered. These employees don?t owe me anything, which isfine. But after I can hear them talking about my drink while making it. My drink is 3 blonde ristretto shots. It?s not a harddrink to make as my Starbucks usually makes it easy. Lastly, they call out everyone else?s drink but my own and decide to putmine on the mobile order shelf. They did not yell my name out like they did with everyone else?s drink.
