I have a job interview at the Vons store this Starbucks in located in, and arrived just as the interviewer was going to lunch!... So I stopped at the Starbucks, got a coffee and a hot breakfast sandwich. The staff of two was not unfriendly but notpersonality plus by any stretch of the imagination. I was the only one there and when my coffee was ready and I picked it up, Icontinued to wait for my sandwich. Instead of asking me why I was waiting on of the workers whispered (loudly) to the other,inquiring as to why I was still waiting. I piped up that I still hasn't received my sandwich. Nothing was said but I could seethey had forgotten and started preparing it. It was ready rather quickly but it was the wrong sandwich. Close enough though. Ijust wanted to have a seat and check my email while waiting for the interviewer to get back from lunch. There is only one tablewith 3 chairs. At one point a woman asked to join me. Not a problem since I had the only seat. So in summarization, the productwas good, the staff wasn't UNFRIENDLY , and one table. Three starts is being a bit generous. Let's see if I get the job! Just visited this location at 5:10pm 5/15 and had the worst experience I?ve ever had at a Starbucks. Appalling level of... unfriendliness from staff. Tried multiple times to ask about products but I couldn?t get two words out of an employee, let aloneeye contact. No other customers, two employees on duty, and in addition to bad customer service...the drinks were undrinkable!(And I always order the same thing, for years). I didn?t want to go have them remake it so I walked to a Starbucks establishmentand explained my case and they told me I wasn?t the first person to return drinks from that location. Read more
