I love this Starbucks. The people who work there are very professional and polite.
I think I was close to closing so everyone was in a rush and kept passing the buck to take my order finally what seemed like 5... minutes, Ryan finally came by apologize for making me wait.. I'm not saying it wasnt fun but watching two of the staff biggerbetween each other like siblings, and still not having put in my order was a little bit tiresome. Read more
After seeing some of the reviews from 2 to 6 months ago I was nervous to go there. However the employees or management must have... seen them too and taken action. The employees there were cheerful, professional, and helpful despite being very busy. My drinkorder was customized (the cashier was obviously a new hire) and she got it spot on ???? . When I picked up my order it wasperfect. Bravo Baristas! I had just come from Scripps and this made my day! I must say I am not easily impressed but they didit. ???? Thank you Starbucks!! Read more
The drive through can get sort of cramped at peak hours because of the parking lot configuration. Good to be prepared to park... and walk in if need be. The employees here are always cheerful, professional, and helpful despite being very busy most of thetimes I go there. Read more
Nice place to hang out and have special coffee. It was nice and quiet when I came in around 4ish not sure how busy they get but... I enjoyed my drink and the atmosphere. Read more
I frequent this Starbucks often and let me just say, they have the best staff. Everyone is sweet, sincere, and makes my day... better (and that's all before the coffee). I'm lucky to work so close to such a great coffee shop! Highly recommended. Read more
in 2021 this Starbucks was pretty good. But something happened in December.they closed the inside lobby. Now you cannot return... drinks , Also the drive-through is very slow ( I do feel bad for the employees because they are stressed and understaff it'sterrible, I belive its a management issue). If you come here it's going to be a 30 minute + wait. Read more
