The service here is incredibly fast. I found myself getting a morning coffee almost every day while I had training in the area.... The staff is friendly and it is a beautiful area. Coffee is my guilty pleasure. This trip my main goal was breakfast. Escaped aftermath of a highway mishap heading Southbound... on the 15, I was more than relieved to make it safely to this Starbucks. First sight was a sign artfully stating that KindnessMatters. Agreed! Delicious was my food as was my Espresso Roast drip coffee (sans crème). Regarding the chain itself, If notalready, so many would greatly appreciate Organic locally sourced+imported drip available as a staple offering. I still missthe Spinach breakfast sandwich once stocked about 15 years ago. Just sayin! The feta style now offered just doesn?t quite doit for me. UPDATE in response to the in adequate company reply. It really irks me when a company is generic and unhelpful in their... response. For you to say "we'll remake it for free" is ridiculously obvious and totally irrelevant. It also proves that youdidn't pay attention to my feedback in the first place. I already said that I was miles away when I discovered the error. So howexactly does it help me that you will be happy to remake it for free? A better response would have been "I'll make sure mycashiers are taught how to serve hot tea." Inexperienced and slow. Made a very simple drink wrong. I ordered a venti tea withheavy cream. I got one tea bag instead of two, and half and half instead of heavy cream. This was clearly a training issue asthe person didn't know how to make a basic hot tea or that there are two kinds of cream. I didn't realize the error until I wasfar away, so there's no fixing it. But I shouldn't have to teach an employee how many tea bags go in a cup anyway. Also theywere out of sugar free vanilla, which is just annoying. Read more
Rude staff. A barista made my drink wrong. It happens, but instead of fixing it, they argued, then finally gave me a cup with... the extra contents and told me to mix it in myself. That was a first for me! Used to come here twice a week since it is cleanand the wait usually isn't long, but will be skipping this Starbucks for others in the future. Read more
I?ve had coffee many times from this location, and like every Starbucks, every once in a while I?ll get a cup of coffee that... taste off or it?s the wrong drink (it happens, we?re all human). This morning was not one of those times. I haven?t been toStarbucks in a cool minute, mostly due to the fact that (like many people) finances are feeling a bit tighter than usual rightnow. I?m currently studying for a huge Licensing exam and decided last minute I would grab an iced caramel macchiato thismorning and hit the books early?I could not be happier that I did! This morning I had one of the best caramel macchiato?s I?vehad from Starbucks, period. I also got the roasted red pepper egg white bites, everything was on point. All in all, I feel it?simportant to recognize people, especially when they do outstanding work. Thank you Starbucks associates who made my coffee andfood this morning! I like coffee. My usual go-to place to geek out on my computer. This Starbucks has the longest cushioned "couch" if any... location that I've visited. This location was renovated last year with new seating and new tables. Very nice, friendly staff. Clean restroom. Good food options nearby. Read more
Went to this location to redeem a gift card. Spent about $19 and had a balance on the card of $6 and change. I asked them to... cash the card out, as is required by California law if under $10.00 in value. The manager on duty informed me that it isStarbucks policy not to do so. I contacted their corporate office and was told I would receive a call back, that was a week ago.Any attorneys out there with a class action lawsuit? Read more
