Drive-thru line was short! The barista/cashier was very personable.
The barista made sure that I got fresh coffee, so I really really appreciate that, I was greeted by several of the employees... when I walked in, it was nice, the shop was clean and tidy, however the restroom was absolutely disgusting, probably one of theworst I?ve seen in a Starbucks and I go to a lot of the Starbucks. Bad customer service, system went downand the only way to pay it was cash and through the app and they didn't have cash on the... register so you need to go get cash to another place and the girls are not helpful and they start laughing of the customers when they go get cash Read more

I ordered my favorite lemon pound cake this morning. When I got to my destination I discovered my pound cake was placed in the... bag upside down and all of the icing (which is the best part) was stuck to the inside of the bag. I had to scrape it off theinside of the bag. That sucks! This has never happened at any other Starbucks. WTH! I think they're pound cake is a littleexpensive. But I like it a lot so I splurge. Chill, quiet Starbucks that deserves more recognition, location is somewhat out there so it's never crowded, great place to... pause and relax. Would take a star off for not having Nitro Cold Brew but I'm sure that is not up to the store. Read more
