Fast and friendly service with consistent drink quality. It gets a little busy during the week but mobile order helps a lot with... that. The baristas go out of their way to fix any issues. Read more

I have come here 6 or 7 times now and this is one of the worst places to get a caramel frappe. Do they make it different than... every other starbucks? It's always watery and not too good every time. The employees are amazingly kind but that's not why Icome unfortunately. If it was I would give 5 stars. Read more

This location honestly has no idea what they're doing. They have a 80% chance they're going to give you a sticky cup that's... filthy. There's a 50% chance they're going to forget your drink. Or is it 20% chance they're going to get your drink completelywrong. Don't get me wrong, the staff is all very courteous, but they just don't have the training or the resources they need todo their job correctly. I was very disappointed with my visit today. I felt discriminated against due to my age and not taken seriously despite being a... respectable paying customer. After ordering my drink I and a group of friends were asked to step outside due to the crowding inthe building. We complied with no complaints whatsoever. My friend and I instead waited outside for our other friend to receiveher drink, standing at a table with no chairs because there was none provided by the establishment, yet we were met by anotheremployee asking us to leave despite purchasing a drink. He explained to us how ?Middle schoolers and High schoolers lost theirprivileges here? despite being paying customers. If this is the case I believe there should be a sign posted displaying thisinformation to avoid this confusion. Even so, I believe that this is completely unacceptable for paying customers to be forcedto leave without probable reason. I will refuse to go back until my respect as a customer is reestablished. This location gets slammed when the high school down the road lets out. They?re always so patient and professional, even today... when a woman yelled at a worker for her sandwich not being ready when there were about 30 teens inside and outside of the storein addition to their normal traffic. I ordered ahead and had no issues. Please be kind to service workers, everyone. They?redoing their best! Read more
