I have come here 6 or 7 times now and this is one of the worst places to get a caramel frappe. Do they make it different than... every other starbucks? It's always watery and not too good every time. This location honestly has no idea what they're doing. They have a 80% chance they're going to give you a sticky cup that's... filthy. There's a 50% chance they're going to forget your drink. Or is it 20% chance they're going to get your drink completelywrong. Don't get me wrong, the staff is all very courteous, but they just don't have the training or the resources they need todo their job correctly.
