I'm a regular here. Staff is always friendly and it's one of my favorite Starbucks for service. **I wanted to give a shout out... to Billy today, because he made my night and I don't think people realize how much the small things mean. I had a 14 hour workday and left pretty late.. I was trying to make it there before they closed to grab some tea. Unfortunately I got there right atclosing time. I was pulling through the drive thru when he came on and said he had no problem taking my order and was going tobe around for a few more minutes. I know it's not much, but the day drained me and I appreciate the extra time you took to takean order after your long day too. Thank you so much.** I did want to also leave some suggestions for the management team and abit of criticism that I have toward the location, not the staff. One of the biggest problems with this location is the drivethru routing. Line often backs up to the road and people waiting have to K turn to be able to make the 180 turn into the line.This makes it difficult when other people are coming and going out of the parking lot through that same lane. They really shouldconsider routing cars through the circle k lane to enter and exit for parking and close off the drive thru lane from the parkinglot. There have been many near accidents and close calls with pedestrians because of this. Read more
One of my favorite Starbucks around! Awesome staff, great drinks. Sometimes I come here with my dogs. They now recognize the... drive thru. Staff is genuinely friendly. I was on the phone with a friend of mine when I was in line a few months ago. Heoverheard the baristas talking to other customers and stopped our conversation to let me know how nice they seemed. Great for sitting, sipping, and doing some work on the computer now that the dining room is open. Relaxing! Love the mocha... Frappuccino! Only issue: first time I was given a paper straw. Within 15 minutes, it was getting worn out! Had to get a plasticone. Paper is only good for a short time. Read more
Great Starbucks to get some work done and relax. Friendly workers and tons of places to sit with outlets. Great experience every... time I visit Thai Starbucks. There is plenty of light too so it is not as dark as the other Starbucks which I like. Adds a morelively setting to get work done or read a book. Would recommend coming here Read more
Not the best coffee but in scripps ranch there PT spear to be many choices. You know what you get. Service was good and there is... plenty of outdoor seats and some indoors. It is better than the Starbucks next door which is inside vons. Read more
This location is inconsistent. You either get scoffed at for asking for your drink stirred or get a good 30 sec conversation... while they are making your drink. More inconsistencies include never getting what you requested in your drink or getting theright bagel you asked for. In the mornings it?s impossible for someone to get a bite to eat within 10 mins because there is oneperson who makes the food. That person is also taking inventory at the same time and the rest of the team will just watch youstand there while you are waiting for you food because the person making the food doesn?t realize there is a ticket up for themto make something. But it?s not always bad, the majority of people working there are enjoyable to talk to and are attentive. Butyou know the saying?one bad apple. Read more
