Got kung pao chicken and it was completely raw. I called them and they didn’t understand or give me a refund.

The food looks great in the pictures. We were too excited to try it so we took it to go. They gave a lot of food also it's too... bad that the spices and herbs that they used to cook overpowered the taste and smell. We couldn't eat the food and ended upthrowing them away. Read more

We were so impressed! Delicious. Generous portions. We ordered Onion Pancake, Pork Chow Mein, Deep Fried Tofu in Brown Sauce,... and Chef’s Special Green Beans. Have tons of leftovers. We will go again. Read more

One of my favorite dry pots in San Diego, however, only when I order it mild spicy. The normal spice level is way too hot for me... to enjoy, so just beware. Read more

fried chicken cube with hot pepper is excellent! Chicken is lightly fried (not oily) and served with heap of red peppers. The... portion is very generous. Twice cooked pork with garlic sprouts is good too. Don’t forget order rice as these dishesdidn’t come with rice. Read more

Spicy balanced and authentic (i.e. you can taste the five spice powder behind a mountain of chili,.see photo for illustration). ... Wonderful food, they plastic wrap your takeout to minimize the soup-in-bag effect. Minus one star because price inside did notmatch price outside and rice was extra but I would happily go back and pay the same. Read more

Soooooo good! This place was even better than I remember from the last time we came in 2019. I'm so glad we went back. I missed... this place! We got the orange chicken, kung Pao shrimp, white rice and beef chow mein. It's anything but typical or ordinary....We had a ton of food, ate to our fill, and had two styrofoam boxes FULL of food to take home. Can't wait to go back... ???????? Read more

I’m don’t usually leave comments but spicy house definitely deserves a 5 start review. Delicious authentic Chinese food,... great service, clean packaging. Their food fills all my homesick cravings. The people running the restaurant speaks Sichuandialects, which guarantees you a perfect spicy numb-y experience. If you’re first time going to the restaurant please tryspicy fried chicken, I’d say they make it the best in San Diego. Read more
