This place is decent. Tables are a little cramped or communal which is normal for a ramen spot. The Tsukemen is nice and thick... and fishy if that's your thing. We ordered a pork bun and they come out super soggy and falling apart which isn't ideal. Read more

Mediocre Ramen. The Garlic Truffle Ramen and the Spicy Ramen were both bland and not spicy (asked for extra spicy). The thick... slice of pork was tough. Also ordered the crispy rice with tuna which was pretty good. The total with 2 green teas was about$55. Would not recommend this place even if you're very hungry. Will leave you wanting to stop by a fast food place on the wayhome to hit the spot that this restaurant didn't hit. The service was okay. Read more

Absolutely fantastic ramen here. The tonkotsu is incredible, and if truffle is your thing don't miss out on the garlic truffle.... Their broth and chashu are particularly good, and as a result the chashu steamed bun is a great appetizer (along with thechicken karaage.) This is my favorite place to get ramen! Read more

Ramen that taste authentic in American setting. I highly recommend the garlic truffle ramen. Perfectly cooked noodles, firm and... glossy. Boiled egg is Japanese style with soft, creamy yolk. The toppings are not Japanese though, mushroom and kale? But itcompliments the broth. The karaage (Japanese fried chicken) is also fried the Japanese way. Lightly seasoned, tender andcrispy. I recommend this ramen place! Read more

Wow... Very pleased with this place. Our server Ripken was great. Very attentive, helpful, and energetic. The food was full of... flavor. Sometimes when we go for ramen the base flavor of the broth taste the same with very little difference. The broth herehas distinct flavors. We got the Classic ramen with pork. The broth was a nice creamy, flavorful tonkotsu broth with blackgarlic oil, bean sprouts, spinach, green onion, nori, and a soft boiled egg. We added corn and garlic to it as well. The porkwas very tender and pretty large piece. We also got the garlic truffle with pork. This was also full of flavor and the noodlesin this dish was perfect. A little thicker noodles then the classic. The noodle had a little chewier texture, which I reallyliked. The egg was perfect medium cooked. We also got gyoza. You get a choice of fried or steam. We chose fried. The fillingwas also full of flavor. All our food came out really fast and we enjoyed the atmosphere too. It was nice, fun, and inviting. We will be going back. Read more

I tried their classic ramen. It's pretty good. I think the noodles were overcooked though. They were too soft. The tonkatsu... broth was creamy. Pork was definitely tasty. The karaage was also tasty. Service was good as well. Overall I recommend if youare in the area. I think it's too pricey for what it was though. I will only come back if I was dragged or craving ramen and Ihappen to be in the area and don't want to drive anywhere else. Read more
