Always love their root beer, food is great. Fries are fresh, and crispy. Store are always being cleaned, and the team members... are friendly expect one or two persons. Had one incident that they forgot the avocado in my avocado burger. And I asked themabout it, they said they are out of avocado? But then one of the team member brought it out for me after ????. Second thing isthat one of the cashiers were kind giving attitude in the front. I understand that it was getting to closing time and you werebusy, still. The burgers and food here are absolutely amazing!! The prices do lean on the higher side for what I am comfortable with but... definitely a place worth checking out if you have never been for both their burgers and shakes! Read more

Shake shack never fails to disappoint! The shackburger is always my go-to because of how delicious it is. I would say that for... the size of the burger the price is a bit expensive, but overall I still pay it because it's so good. You got to try one oftheir Christmas shakes too! Read more
I thought the Shack Burger at this SS location was maybe not quite up to standard of the other locations I've tried. Meat was a... little dry and overall the sandwich lacked the usual appeal. Still a good burger though perhaps a little small for what mostpeople are looking for. Fries were good. The lemonade was too intensely sweet for my taste and I didn't finish it. Thislocation is very attractively decorated but could use a deep clean. The wide spaces between the slats of the benches werefilthy and gross. Bathroom was very clean, however, and staff were friendly and helpful. Read more
I was so happy to see that a San Diego location was going to be getting the limited time vegan burgers so we had to try! We... ordered: Veggie Shack Burger, Double Shack Burger, Hot Chicken Bites, Fries, and a Chocolate Shake. Brandon loved his food butthe hot bites seemed a little too hot for him ???????? I?m in love with crinkle fries so I?m happy to give them a ???? theVeggie Burger had a great flavor and I loved that it came with avocado! The bun that it came on happened to be gluten free aswell and I think if I order it again I?ll go with a lettuce wrap... overall, good burger!
