We were going to go for SomiSomi for dessert but also needed to get dinner before so we found this ramen place and there's a... long line. It was a Sunday night (~7pm) so the wait was about 35 minutes. We definitely thought it would be an hour consideringhow many people were in line but we got seated less than half an hour. My partner got the red tsukemen with the underbelly and Igot the regular tonkotsu with the ribs, and they were both PHENOMENAL. The broth was rich and creamy, not that salty compared toother ramen places we've been to. The meat was just YUM. At first was weirded by the kalbi but despite of being doused in broth,it retained its sweetness and they just went together well. I wish their karaage had smaller portions but it was still good, wehad a lot to take home. Also, must try their peach lemonade. Not that sweet, not that sour. In terms of parking, it's a littlebit difficult but street parking was available. You could definitely use the walk after eating here. Highly recommend if you'rein the area! Read more

Parking: Very tough to find parking unless you?re ADA there?s two areas in the shopping plaza to park at. Ambience: Fast... pace Service: Our server wasn?t too helpful. Only took our orders and never followed up during meal for drinks or anything. WhenI left my table to ask for chili they pointed to my server that only he can assist me even though the spice was right there infront of them. But I guess it could just be something with sanitation. I told my server and he said he?ll bring it to yourtable. A few minutes later he walks by with it and I signal at him and he just cut me off and says I?ll be with you later. Nowthat I?m done with my ramen he comes back and says how can I help you. I reminded him the chili and he just had a shock face andwent to get the chili. Apparently he dropped it off at the wrong table Food: I got the Kurobuta Ramen for the first time. Ithought it was a bit blend. I also tried the kimchi ramen that was very flavorful. Military Discount: No Overall: I come hereabout once or twice every other month and this was my worse service experience with them. The ramen is always great. Read more

Loved the ambience at Rakiraki. The Yasai is their vegan kitchen with a great vegan menu giving me way more options than what I... usually get at a Ramen spot. Items from either menus can be ordered at both the spots. We tried the triple tomato ramen which istheir best sellers. I tried tomato broth for the first time and it was really good, a little tangy. I would recommend trying itwith the red spicy paste. We also tried stressed out which was very nice as well. I would surely recommend going here. Read more

Ordered the Kimchi Ramen with spicy miso soup and it was delicious. It comes with a rib that was smoky in flavor, meat that fell... off the bone that goes very well with the savory and spicy soup. Each slurp of the noodle had a taste of kimchi crunch and softpieces of pork belly to create a yummy explosion of flavors. The broth was hot in temperature which is what I like. This placehas good service and is worth the wait. The only thing is finding parking but that?s kinda the norm if you want to eat aroundhere. I?d definitely go back to try other items on their menu. The best Ramen in San Diego. Lots of options from the menu too. I recommend the sushi rolls, yes they seem simple but they make... a great appetizer! Read more
