ZERO star review! Guy with tattoos on face is totally unprofessional.....we asked if there was a kids menu he responded; " ... thats the menu" while pointing to the menu above ( there isn't a kids menu). We then asked of we can split one regular bowlinto 2 for the kids, he responds "quit being so cheap". This type of behaviour is not acceptable. Do not go here or at leastthis guy should be fired. Food is decent tasting. The service sucks. All the people behind the counter had mean look and all their actions showed "get out... of here!". Also I watched and it was the same towards all the other people in line. Also I asked to cut the quesadilla for thekids, they didn't cut it and when I went back up to the counter to ask to be cut, I was completely ignored and purposelyavoided. They weren't busy at all, so can't say they are overwhelmed, just BAD service to customers. Literally the worst Qdoba I've ever been to in my life! I honestly would have assumed being in San diego, somewhat close in... proximity to the Mexican border, and operated by Mexican/Hispanic people, that the food would have been much better! And Igenerally do love Qdoba.... This one just put a bad taste in my mouth, pardon the pun. Horrible limited selection of meats, oldrice that tasted as it had been sitting all day, and nothing else had much flavor. Thank God I got jalapenos on top.... That wasthe only thing with any flavor whatsoever! Whoever is doing the cooking should be fired, and they should hire all new peoplethat know what they're doing! Read more

UGGGGHH! Bought 4 meals. All cooked without salt. Extremely tasteless. Soda fountain wasn't mixing my soda. Manager on duty.... Didn't notice. My issues are thought to help. They didn't have salt packets. Read more

This is, by a huge margin, the worst Qdoba I?ve ever had the misfortune to experience. It makes me never want Qdoba again. The... rice was super bland. The beans were bland. No vegetables at all. Not even onions. I wanted jalapeños but I was told they werealso out of those. A much as I was excited to eat a hot burrito I wish I didn?t waste my appetite on this flavorless food. If Iwere Qdoba, I?d find new owners or close this terrible franchise before it hurts the brand any further. Read more
