Great food, horrible lazy employees who lie. They cancel delivery orders so they can work less.

The service at Qdoba Catering in Peoria, IL is HORRIBLE! Our last 2 catering orders have arrived close to 45 minutes late and... missing items!! I called and placed my last order over 24 hours in advance with the District Manager. He assured me this orderwould be correct and on time. Did not happen!! Local management has a "It is not my fault" attitude. I was fuming. How are youmissing the taco/tortilla shells for a taco bar?? Next day, I receive an invoice with an additional $199.20 POS and my card ischarged the invoice price PLUS this $199.20 Point of Sale adjustment. Are you kidding me?? Hey guys this is my second review they said they were going to clean up the store well it was a little bit cleaner the floor was... still sticky and this is a photo of behind the counter I wish I could?ve got a better shot it was disgusting ???? Unreal, order on line pick up was 5:19pm which wasn't a problem. Husband went and picked it up wasn't even started cause they... were busy but husband didn't mind. Qdoba accepts orders via their app on days that their locations are closed, and obtaining a refund can take weeks. I actually... had to dispute the charge with my bank (Chase/VISA) to resolve it. Management at the store were entirely unapologetic. Theexcuse I received from customer service was "We try our best to update our app as fast as can, as information about store hoursand closed locations come through." Clearly there is a severe breakdown in communication. I was a customer for 20+ years, butRenz has made it clear my business is not valuable to them. Fortunately, Chipotle is one block away from my nearest Qdobalocation. I know where I'll be ordering from now on... Read more

A coworker and I visited the Kanas City,, Overland location on 11/22/21. Aside from the extreme prejudice detected from the man... serving us, I was very very disappointed with the child size -happy meal portions of food intentionally served. I don't knowwhat his beef was. An $8.95 burrito consisted of 6 of the smallest meat portions, 1 little drop of queso, sour cream, etc. Iknew that from my recent visit to other locations, his oddly small portions of servings were intentionally done. New Jersey rt22 in Union. I went there to order food and was told by the manager that they are only doing online orders due to... being short staff. I explained I will wait till your done with the orders and order my own. Was told no. I asked if I orderonline will you make it. Was told well you will have to wait like everyone else with a attitude as if I?m the reason the have noemployees. I said fine I?ll just goto a different one. Was told them don?t ever come back. I asked for his name and he said getthe hell out. This store should be closed due to no staff and poor management. Read more
