The young lady seemed to be upset about people asking to use the restroom. Paying customer. The chicken seemed a little over... cooked. My Union leader treated me to Popeyes for lunch. Local 3930. She asked if she can use the restroom politely. The cashierbecame a little side tracked and it threw her off. She continue doing what she was doing for the drive through.We just stoodthere in line. Then she came back to the register My Union Member was still waiting to use the restroom. She asked again. Thatmade the cashier some what upset. When it came to our orders. She did let us know the mild chicken wings will take 5 minuntes.We were okay. Then she fixed our order. Picking the smallest chicken wings biscuit side order was red beans and rice. There weremore rice then beans. She did not do it correctly it was not filled to the top. It was not half and half. It was more rice.Thechicken seem overcooked. OMG I came and ordered the Shrimp surf and turf and I got 4 pieces of shrimp in this big a$$ order, I?ve tried calling but no... answer and I?m not about to waste my gas driving back up there. People make sure you check your food before you leave the drivethru. Read more
Have you seen these prices? I wanted to try the new fish sandwich because I was across the street getting my hair done. I... haven't eaten at Popeyes in 3 years and the commercials make the sandwiches look pretty lickin' good. I was pricey astounded.And I eat out about four times a week. Look at my pics. Magnify them! Unbelievable! A 16pc of chicken with sides and biscuits$47 dollars not including tax. Honestly, this is a modern day sham. Do you know how many places a family could eat or have morethan one meal at $47 dollars. Costco sells whole rotisserie chickens at $5 bucks and healthier. Albertsons has an entire chicken piece family meal deal for $10 bucks and the chicken is actually good. Here at Popeye's the drive-thru and walk-in isalways packed. Always slow. And non-accommodating. You can enter the drive-thru two different ways which occurs a parking lotjam. If you are parked and eating inside you can possibly get stuck because the drive thru cars are blocking your car. I ambeside myself that the community patrons this business with such unfair pricing and gouging. It's Popeye's good people. Iactually didn't purchase and left because the prices are laughable and offensive. I got moolah. I just didn't want to befinancially abused. Read more
1st time coming here and I regret it. They didn?t give me receipt ( need to reimburse my food & I needed receipt to do that).... Chicken was hard and no sauce . Food isn?t good. Drive thru takes a long time per car. The employees were arguing when I got tothe pickup window. Will never go there again. Read more
Opprotunity abounds. This location design and layout make it very difficult to park and dine inside; its also very difficult to... drive thru. It appears the no one was at the wheel when deciding this locations layout. The product (16 piece dinner withtrimmings) was very well prepared and served in a very short time. The service however was far less than expected. The lady thattook my order was not able to speak English very well, and she appeared to still be upset with the customer just in front of me.She wasnt able to shake it off and start fresh with the new customer. Ate the 4 pces combo, good chicken, affordable price, not as tasty with the honey, ketchup or hot sauce, they charged extra... 0.27cent for the dipping sauce it's dry without it, should be included, i won't comeback. Read more
