Food is really good but this place has somewhat declined over the past few years. Portions sizes vary widely depending on the... employee but generally smaller than they used to be, prices have increased, they've removed 2 of the base options (chips andpoki burrito, which was delicious) as well as some ingredients, and sometimes they aren't mixing the sauce with the fish for noclear reason. Also there was one time I came in mid-day and they were out of almost every topping. Read more

Monday. August 15 7:08pm. If I can give this place 0 stars I would. The employees were so rude. The doors were locked an hour... before they were closed. They were mad because they had to open the doors. The worse service I had ever received. The employeeslaughed at me because I asked for a spoon. I will never come back and I will warn people about this place. Read more

This is the second time after eating here my stomach is in tremendous pain and I?ve had to use the bathroom (sorry for the tmi).... Last time this happened was about 5 months ago and I haven?t been there since. Today I was craving like really bad and decidedwhy not it?s been a while to so maybe there stuff was just bad that day? no same happened today too. First I went in people werenice but they gave a little prob off rude however the food was looking good until we got over to the first section and when Itell you it looked like the fish had been sitting out a minute smh I should?ve just left then but he already started the bowland the salmon didn?t look too bad abs rather than 2 scoops of fish I even asked for me and asked for just 1 scoop and one ofcrab. Moral of the story I only had 1 soo of fish and didn?t even it it all I had about 3 pieces of it anything with the rest ofmy bowl and less than an hour later after eating than my stomach is in pain. How do you get your money back for bad food smh Read more

Compared to La Jolla location they do 1/2 size and it is more expensive. They do a half of rice when they are supposed to do... full and when I asked extra they charged me for that. I used to love this place. DON?T SUPPORT THESE GREEDY BUSINESS OWNERS.They take advantage of college students. Read more

Honestly, the only thing that I could find to reduce a star is the price. Other restaurants such as Poke 123, Poke Bay, and... Pokedon are cheaper, and they are more generous with the fish servings (a tradeoff for having to travel further). The savinggrace is the convenience of being near SDSU, so the students don't have to go too far to get a fresh bowl, but I find myselfopting for other food options elsewhere in order to spend less. The workers are great, the food is good, and while the priceitself is not their responsibility (it IS a franchise, after all), it's still the most expensive one I've gone to so far. Read more

compared to the other locations this store has the lowest cost to value ratio. portions 1/2 the size for same cost. when I asked... the cashier why the portions were so small they said their staff was new and offered a fountain drink instead of offering to fixthe issue. Read more

Food is okay except the avocado wasn?t fresh and you could taste it in literally every bite how unfresh it was. Then one of the... girls behind the counter was giving me a bunch of attitude when I came in because I forgot my mask at home, like I?m not opposedto wear one just give me the mask and move on lol fish was the only redeeming thing about this place. Overall whatever/10 Read more
