I gotta start by saying the service was horrible, the cashier that was taking my order was absolutely rude. The food... disappointed me we had drunken noodles with shrimp and the shrimp literally tasted rotten and we had also brought another riceplate and my Neice didn?t like it as well and we tried to change it and while he was switching her plate he bend down on thefloor for a long time while making it & thats when we said we didn?t want it because we were sure he spit in her food. We?revery disappointed and we will never go back their again. You guys have lost my business. PLEASE EVERYONE DON?T GO THEIR WASTINGYOUR MONEY. Read more

Sad to say Pei Wei isn?t what it used to be. Why did you change the recipes?? Bad idea! Food used to be like PF Chang but... smaller portions and cheaper prices. The honey chicken and the Mongolian beef are completely different and not in a good way.The Mongolian beef used to have a lighter sauce and it wasn?t so sweet as it is now. The honey chicken pieces are about 1/3 thebite sizes that it used to be and they look completely different. Such a bummer. We hadn?t been here for a bit and we wereexcited to be in the area to eat it again and it was a true disappointment that the quality and taste are no longer there .Please go back to the old recipes. The place used to be packed and that was fine, but this visit there were only 3 tablesoccupied. When did you make the changes? Save your business and go back to the old recipes. Read more

Unfortunately this place has fallen off the cliff. Like many restaurants and businesses, they got greedy due to the pandemic.... The quality of their ingredients and food has gone south along with their portion sizes. What has gone up significantly are theprices. They have clearly gotten greedy and cut down on serving size and no longer put in the ingredients that they used toyears ago. Unfortunately this will probably be the last visit to Pei Wei in my life. What a shame. It was good while itlasted. What a disappointment. Read more

So I started out by waiting 30 minutes for my meal, I understand COVID times make places understaffed so I was willing to let it... go. However what I ended up receiving was anything but the quality I expected. Very little protein in the meal, and then thenoodles had absolutely no seasoning at all. Read more

I've been to Pei Wei many times in Texas, but this Valentines Day I went out with a couple friends to share some sushi and spicy... asian dishes.  We ordered their Kung pao sushi, Kung pao chicken salad, spicy Thai noodles and lettuce wraps.  They don't havea set menu for any holiday and it is one of those restaurants where you order at the counter and they deliver it to your table, like Corner Bakery.  This way we were able to avoid the crowds and high prices typically seen at restaurants on Valentine'sday.  It was perfect, no crowds, good prices, good food.  Pei Wei has many Asian dishes to choose from egg rolls, to Thaisteak salad to rice and noodle dishes.  Prices are usually around $10-15.  Everything seems like they cook it to order when Icome in. I haven't been here in a very long time and now I remember why. First, why does it take 15mins for my food!? They weren't that... busy at 7:30pm to wait that long. It's quicker at a REAL restaurant. The food is ok but nothing spectacular and the portions arereally paltry for the price. My soup at 3 tiny dumplings and a few basil leaves with 2 cups broth. No vegetable? Read more
