Just wanted an iced coffee (a regular coffee with ice) but got angry looks and a snarky response about wanting a cold brew. I?m... no expert here but there?s a big difference. Thanks for the great experience. Read more

Got 2 almond milk mochas. Took about 7-8 minutes to get the drinks and there was only one person ahead and one person behind us... in the line. I?d come back unless the line was long as I?m guessing it would be A very long wait per the other reviews Read more

Busy terminal hence busy coffee shop as well. Even though there was a long line, it was moving reasonably quickly. Ordered Latte... and Bagel, service was very efficient, they know how to handle long lines quickly. Read more

I've never purchased a coffee at Peet's. This was a first and probably my last. Catching a plane out of San Diego at 6am... (ish), I needed a coffee. I usually frequent Starbucks (obviously) or Dutch Bros. Neither an option here. Went to Peet's asit was right in front of my gate. Purchased two coffees (one of my daughter who is a picky coffee connoisseur). I ordered offthe menu for my coffee, something similar to what I always get. But for my daughters drink, I opened up my Starbucks app on myphone that shows her drink and what's in it. That's when it started. All I heard was a lanky male barista going on saying"This is NOT Starbuck's, this is PEET'S", "If they wanted Starbucks, they should have gone to Starbucks", "I make PEET'S coffeedrinks here", "I was trained to make our menu items PEET'S coffee drinks ONLY". So after he was ranting to his co-worker andI'm standing right in front of him on the other side of the counter, I called him out. I said "that drink your making, Iordered it for my daughter. She's very picky and your menu is lacking. Trust me, if there was a Starbucks, I would have walkedto it, but UNFORTUNATELY, you were our only option. If you couldn't make it, then the cashier shouldn't have rang me up. Igave them 2 stars only because the coffee was decent and my daughter (who missed the show) thought the coffee was a goodattempt. One thing about Starbucks and Dutch Bros, their people are always friendly, smiling and kind to you. They may behaving a bad day, but they always make you feel welcome and happy you chose them for your coffee that day. Read more

this place is a complete scam. I ordered a large hibiscus iced tea, which was supposed to be 4 dollars. Listed on the menu clear... as day. The cashier told me it came out to 7.51 and I was confused so I asked if there was a price increase. Though even withinflation and all, that would be an absurd price increase for an iced tea. the cashier, Arleth P said she could show that wasthe price by printing out the receipt. so apparently it was 6.84 plus tax, total of 7.51. I again pointed out that the sign says4.00, but she didn't seem to care what the sign said. Joke's on me I guess because I ended up paying 7.51 on a drink that'smostly water, I just got it because it was a long day and I was thirsty ??????? Read more

Came in earlier and the girl at the register was really nice. When my order got called the guy just said an order number, but... the girl at the register didn't give me a reciept, so I asked "Is this the pump-" and without being able to finish my sentencethe male barista repeated the order, but in a very rude way which ruined the experience for me. I, in no way approached him withan attitude. I wanted to make sure I was grabbing the correct drink because I worked as a barista for over 3 years and the mostannoying thing would be when a customer would grab the wrong drink then we would have to remake THEIR drink and the othercustomer's drink they took. I understand it's stressful being understaffed, already working an early shift, a long line ofcustomers, and that the lady in front of me was being super extra with her order and bothering you, you can even say she wasbeing a Karen, but that does not mean I deserved an attitude when I was just trying to be nice. Thanks! Also, please wear yourmask, thanks again! Read more
