Great tasting pasta with friendly service. The pasta is always perfect al dente, and the sauces such as their marinara and... Alfredo are on point. I usually stop by to order take out on the way home to Murrieta, and even after an hour and a half on theroad, the pasta still tastes amazing with little to no change in the pasta's tenderness. Seating is limited at Liberty Station,so even when stopping by for a workday lunch, I prefer to have my order taken out. My wife and I usually get the pappardellepasta with marinara sauce with mushroom, while my kids love the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. When placing an order for fourpasta's which I usually do, your food is usually ready in about 8-10 minutes, which is perfect for a quick grab-and- take home. Parking at Liberty Station can be a challenge, especially during the weekends, so recommend stopping by during lunch during theweek when it isn't too busy. Read more

I don't usually write reviews but I will because yesterday night I saw how a client mistreated an employee. He told him that... since he had been in Italy he knew that bolognese is, and the employee told him that it was where he and his family came fromand they always cooked, which made him angrier. Then I ordered some gnocchi with bolognese, my wife a lasagna and my friends 4cheeses with bolognese, the sauce was very rich with a good balance of tomato and meat, I thought it was quite tasty and notacidic. The lasagna was very tasty although quite hot for my taste. I'm sorry that there are people who have to put up withclients who do bullying or want to teach a cook to cook and try to eat for free. Very disappointed with the ?bolognese,? which was canned tomatoes piled on top of some (actually decent) pappardelle noodles.... The sauce had no flavor, was watery, and not even remotely a bolognese. It was passable as an unseasoned, flavorless marinara, but that?s about it. I didn?t see a single spice in the sauce; no thyme, no basil, no meat, and ultimately no flavor. Cook didnot offer a refund or replacement dish when asked. Zero stars. Save your money and go someplace else. Read more

I ordered the beef lasagna , the sauce was tomato juice, and the center was cold. Never again. Trendy does not make up for poor... quality control. Never again. Read more

I ordered the Arrabiata sauce. I wasn't sure what noodles to pick so the chef recommended the squid ink pasta. Hands down it was... the best Italian experience I've ever had! Caution Arrabiatta sauce is spicy! Next time I want to try the same dish with prawns(sea food) added. There seems to be endless combinations to choose from! If you can't decide, trust the chef's opinion!! Read more

Unfortunately I can?t comment on the pasta but as my friend and I were passing by the tiramisu (our favorite dessert) caught our... eye and we had to get it. Did not disappoint, it was light while the coffee flavor still shone through. Would like to try theirpasta next time. Read more

First of all Liberty Market is cool. There are TONS of food options. I normally would not go for pasta but it looked so fresh I... had to try it. I ended up ordering the prosciutto Mac and cheese. At first I was worried it wouldn?t be enough food but itdefinitely was. I was FULL. It was also great. Read more
