They close 10:30. I walk in at 9:40. They said they stopped taking orders at 9:45. I said its 9:40. Then they said they... stopped taking order at 9:39. Really bad management. Won't be back on principle. Read more
I tried to place an online order and during the payment process I got a prompt to update my card information. I checked for... errors and found none. I was not able to finish the ordering process due to a prompt saying debit/ credit payments are currentlyunavailable. The store charged my card without placing my order in there system, or allowing me to finish placing the orderonline. No refund, and after calling the store, they said there's nothing they could do. They got me for almost 90$. Never willI order from Papa John's again. Read more
Terrible. Terrible!! Terrible!! The pizza was thrown together. Some slices had toppings. Other slices had no toppings. It is sad... that this restaurant does not care about quality. Also, calling the restaurant directly is almost impossible. After being onhold for 40 minutes we hung up. Read more
Got one pizza half Hawaiian with Xtra pineapple and half cheese well long story short the whole pizza looked like it was cheese.... On a couple of slices there was no ham or pineapple for that matter. Very disappointed.. I did order some cheese jalapeñocheese bread and was tasty that's the only reason this got a 2 star rating. These people just crush it when it comes to basic delicious pizza. It's a great cheat meal and has what you need. Highly... recommend eating it within the first two hours or so, otherwise if you reheat it, be sure to put it in a covered pan and on lowto medium heat, until the cheese is melted, because that's how you get a nice crispy crust and melty cheese on top. Update 7/11/20: still no attempt by Papa Johns to fix it. However my wife wanted pizza, so I ordered again. Shaq-a-roni is good,... when made right. Fortunately they didn't mess it up this time. Update 7/8/20: went to papa John's corporate. It's been over aweek. No email back, no phone call, nothing. No one seems to care. Update 6/30/20: this location was making progress after newmanagement. Today they screwed up half my order and refused to fix it. I ordered a "Shaq-a-roni" to take advantage of the largethin crust loaded with pepperoni and cheese. I got a semi thin crust cheese pizza. I called. They said I had to order anotherbecause I requested no pepperoni (which is a lie). After that disappointment on a phone call to fox it, I moved on to the rest.I ordered chicken poppers, with buffalo dipping sauce. I got buffalo chicken sauce covering my poppers, there goes the 3 yearolds chicken! I then go to eat my newly discovered CHEESE pizza, and I grab the garlic sauce tub, and it spills all over myhand, it was OPEN in the box! I've been buying from this sane location since 2003. The last year, since Papa John's corporatestarted instituting ingredient changes, the quality has severely decreased. Only 1 in 5 orders are actually edible, I usuallycomplain on their website, but I've come to the conclusion that it's pointless. They changed manager's early in 2017. Qualityhas not improved. Soggy boxes, uncut pizza, minimal topping coverage, pan pizza wasn't even a pan pizza, just the normal crust, buttered. I don't recommend at all. Dominos is across the street, go there. Read more
THE WORST place to order delivery no communication what so ever I try calling the store no one answers my phone its has been 2... hrs ordered around 8 and it's 10 still no order out of professional courtesy I didn't order elsewhere but at this point itsridiculous. The tracking cut out so I have no clue wats going on with my order. Never had service like this EVER.... Read more
