Visited yesterday, absolutely disappointing. First of all there was no eggs to make the meal we wanted. Secondly there was no... coffee and when we asked for it they got our cups and gave us COLD coffee from inside. The team leader Sophia was trying reallyhard but it looked like the other team members were not supporting. My visit with my wife and kids were waste of money,Specially my son who was excited to visit Paners coming from Sydney Australia was disappointed. Read more

In the service business, it is so easy to not suck. And yet you still do, Panera! I ordered curbside pick up, arrived at the... exact pickup time, let them know I was there, and then sat for 15 minutes while I slowly went crazy listening the clicking of mystupid hazard lights because "For Faster Service..." Finally I go inside and ask the robot behind the counter where my food is,they reach around the corner to grab it, and hand it to me without a word. NOT ONE WORD! How long had it been sitting there?WhyTF would they not bring it out to me? There was only a handful of people in the dining room, and they already had their food. There was nothing for that poorly programed service robot to do!! My soups were room temperature, and the tuna sandwich wasreally cold (making me think it was pre-made and sitting in the fridge for a few days waiting for me to order it). And theyforgot my cookies.. the most important part! All this after I tipped 20% in advance. Read more

Great sandwiches, very friendly staff. One star off for the meager meat in my steak and cheddar sandwich. After i opened and... evened out the distribution of the meat that was clumped in a small pile a bit off center in the sandwich there was barelyenough to almost put a single layer of thinly sliced meat across the open surface of the rather thick bun. Not a great balanceof meat to bread, and not happy to have to shove my fingers into the wet cheesy inside of the sandwich to spread out thesandwich contents. Read more

This is the worst Panera ever. Every time I order drive thru they forget things. Today my wife ordered the strawberry chicken... poppy seed salad and they skipped the chicken. A few times they forget the sides. For an expensive place it sucks really bad. I remember when Panera used to be good. Again worst Panera location ever. Read more

I love paneras food and I order a lot from their different locations (mostly this location) but I?m disappointed to say that 80%... of the time my order has an issue. There?s been times that items were missing or the wrong item was given to us or sometimesthey add the wrong ingredients. I usually customize my food and I understand that I?m asking them something extra but if they?rehaving the option for customization then they should make the food the way the costumer asked for it?s not like I?m asking foranything crazy just remove one ingredient and add another shouldn?t be that hard. If your workers are going to add the wrongingredients 60% of the time then there should not be an option for customizing the food because they are incapable of doing so.At this point I felt the need to write a review because I thought maybe this way the manager will do something about this. Ihave been ordering food from Panera for my lunch break at work for about 2 years now and all 3 locations I have ordered fromhave these issues. Today I got food for lunch and when I got to the office to eat my food I noticed my salad was half empty andthey put very little dressing. This is a salad I order every time so I know how much salad is usually in the container and howmuch dressing they put so I was very disappointed they decided to not give me enough food. They also forgot to add any utensilsto my order (when I specifically asked for utensils when I ordered online) and I couldn?t eat my salad and only ate my sandwich. This is very disappointing because I love to eat at Panera and I have mentioned issues with their manager and they offered afree cookie but how is a cookie supposed to make up for me not getting what I ordered especially since I?m picking up food formy lunch break and I have no time to go back and ask them for the right food. This is my third and final attempt at visiting a west coast Panera. I used to love Panera on the east coast, but west coast... standards seem to be missing. This particular one had a stale smell and no air conditioning on a 90 degree day. I expect freshtastes from Panera, but the salad was flat, the soup could have been from a can, and not even warm. Really disappointing. Read more

Their food is mediocre at best. We got kitchen sink cookies that has flaky salt on top...looked like powdered sugar it was so... thick. Grilled cheese was barely grilled. Tomato soup was a bit watery and weak. 15 years ago Panera was one of my go to placesfor lunch. Now I can honestly say that I have been twice in as many years. They changed their recipes and went downhill. Pickedup 2 kitchen sink cookies that were supposed to be sprinkled with flaky salt. The picture below are the cookies. Obviously notshy with the salt.
