Some of the female staff are rude and ignorant. I've arrived to pick up an order, she does not understand English or she is not... properly trained, whatever the case is, she asks order number? I say I don't have an order number I have a name for an order I'mgoing to pick up. And she continues to say you need an order number and I say No I don't, you just need my order name. Longstory short she was rude and some of her co-workers too. One advice please learn basic English and be respectful. I used topick up orders as a partner and I used to eat as a customer.
