Baller Bread review. Omgoodness. I have to eat an anti-inflammatory diet to stay out of pain. It mostly looks like a paleo... diet. I?ve learned to make satisfying paleo desserts (but it doesn?t keep me from buying the amazing ones they make atPaleoTreats) but oh do I miss bread. I have a recipe that does in a pinch, but Baller Bread is ridiculously delicious with agreat texture and mouth feel. I buy it frozen when I visit San Diego then do my best to hold out as long as I can before thawingit at home because it?s gonna be gone in a day or two once it?s thawed. I?m eating it, just plain slices, with nothing on it,for my breakfast right now. It?s so good that a slice has not made it to the toaster yet! There aren?t many paleo bread choicesthat are all clean ingredients (no gums, no sugars, safe oils, etc) This one is and worth every penny. Read more
Stopped into this hidden treasure in Normal Heights to buy a birthday gift and boy did I fall in LOVE with EVERYTHING. The shop... has a cute aray of colors and Lee whom I assume is the owner was so AMAZING!! She explained the desserts, the ingredients, andoffered us a sample. Her personality and spirit were definitely what you expect, especially since when you look at the art workon the walls and the vibe of the store. She was PERFECT!! She engaged with my 8yr old who acts 60yrs old talking about unicorns.Lee was nice enough to place the items I purchased which were the Cacao Now, Mustang Bar, Key Lime Mini Hug Cake, Triple BerryMini Hug Cake, in a custom bag and She tied a bow on the top. Since it was a birthday gift it was PERFECT. Upon leaving thestore Lee gave us the punch card for when we return. My sister in law who's vegetarian ABSOULUTLEY LOVED her desserts and saidshe will be checking it out in the future. My daughter doesn't eat cane sugar so finding a worthy treat can be quite a challenge. After some online research, I settled on... Paleo Treats. A phone call confirmed that they don't use cane sugar in their products. Once at the store, I got the tiramisucake for my daughter's graduation and everyone loved it! Love their desserts! Selected the chocolate cake for my birthday and it was so delicious! It?s so worth the price ($55)! Pure... paleo and no pain from eating it. It feels amazing to finally be able to celebrate my birthday or any special day without thestomachache after. No regrets after eating and you feel good! The chocolate cake to me is a good amount of sweetness withtexture like cheesecake! Very chocolately too! These Paleo treats are a delicious and healthful dessert. You only need to eat a small amount to feel satisfied. I sampled... quite a few and bought the Bandito and Mustang for my sis who is on the Keto diet. I really like the Kick Boy lemon bar becauseit is nice and tangy. I also like the Rocket because of the rich espresso flavor. Read more

Delicious desserts but most of them contain honey so it's not really keto.
