I placed an order over the phone to be picked up since I was in a rush. Upon arrival, the employee who took my order... nonchalantly told me that they "ACTUALLY do not take phone orders", so they couldn't make my order. I was in a rush and she letme know it would take 15 additional minutes to make my food. I was astonished at the lack of customer service- there were somany times she could have let me know that phone orders weren't accepted. She CONFIRMED this order when I was on the phone. Hadshe made a mistake, she should've called me back to let me know this wasn't possible. Employees should either not CONFIRM theseorders over the phone, or not answer the phone at all. Savory crepes are not freshly made. They take pre made crepe and simply heat it with the savory ingredients on top. Had i known... i would not have purchased here. There is another crepe place clise by. Will try that one next time. Read more
I have been loving Olala crepes for years. I love their sweet crepes before and I have tried Nutella crepes and peanut butter... crepes, I love both. I started to try their savory versions. Today I had their President crepe which has a thick layer of Briecheese in! I love it very much. I will come back to try their other flavor crepes! Read more
We got a crepe and it was soggy the crepe was very thick too and undercooked and looked nothing like the picture with barely any... fruits. The service was also bad they just left our food out it could?ve easily been stolen. Don?t believe everything u hearcause they?re fake reviews everything about this place is pretty bad Read more
Ordered a salted caramel with almonds. All I ate is a dry crepe dough with almonds. So disappointed.
Solid 9.5 out of ten! We got the A La Folie (nutella, strawberry, banana) and chose to add ice cream. The ice cream was a good... vanilla and soft, the crepe texture was mostly soft with a bit of crisp and a little sweet. As for the whole combination, it allwent very smoothly. Maybe I just had bad luck but my crepe was TASTELESS and horrible. I got the Curieux crepe and all I could taste was the cheese... and the Dijon mustard. I couldn't taste the chicken or the mushrooms. They were non existent. It's almost as if it was just acheese and mustard crepe, yuck! These crepes are expensive too! Don't go here. Maybe the sweet crepes are good? Still, there'sbetter food stands at liberty stations. Go somewhere else. You'll be disappointed and hungry after. I ended up throwing my crepeaway. Read more
